Good

Good. Only problem is sizing. But its understandable since its different brands from different companies. So I find myself buying and returning for proper sizing.

I order wrong size jeans and contacted…

I order wrong size jeans and contacted Pamela Scott by email.I asked if they can exchange or refund and then I got email that they will look after me .After 2 days I got my wrong size jeans .No exanche or refund .I'm really disappointed.Magda

5 star. Some Feedback!!

Very happy with all my purchases. Everything always fits great and quality is 100pc!
The security tag was left on my recent online purchases which was a pain as I had to get this removed in an actual store!
Other than that love this store!!

Dress I ordered was lovely print style…

Dress I ordered was lovely print style etc.
however when it arrived I was sadden yet again to see it didn’t cover my boobs. It was gapping at the front and even if I was to put a fastener at the front it would have taken away from the look and style of the dress.
Another disappointment with Pamala Scott dress.

Hi Elaine, thanks for your review. The order was cancelled and this was a pending charge by your bank on your card, and nothing was charged to your card for this.
When you place an order online, the credit/debit card company will hold the transaction first of all before actually charging your account. It is only charged once your order is invoiced (the order is ready to be sent out) and therefore authorised to do so. I hope this clarifies this a little bit, and please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team if you have any other questions on this.

Winter Coat

WINTER TREAT I seen this coat on the lovely Vanessa felts who I follow on insta,I kindly asked her where her coat was from she replied and so I ordered it I couldn't belive the price plus I got a discount. When it arrived it was soo so nice and the delivery was very fast .thank u Pamela scott and team 😃
