I ordered a "LumiTone - Effective Relief from Tinnitus through Light Therapy" sets, and it took an entire month to get to me. That was longer than I wanted to wait, and so I ordered the same thing from another company. When this one arrived, I asked for a full refund, as is supposed to be allowed in their advertising. They gave me the run around. They "offered" a 15% refund, and said I could keep the product. Or I could exchange for another item, OR I could get a full refund if I shipped my item back to FRANCE. There was nothing in the original policy where I read that I would be expected to pay for overseas shipping, when the item itself shipped from Franklin Park, Ill. This is a scam, and I will never order another item from this company again.

I purchased the anti-theft bag with high hopes, but unfortunately, the quality was far below my expectations. in less than 24 hrs, it started to rip beside the zipper and at the end of the week, the pockets fell apart.

I tried to return the item, but the company refused to issue a refund because the return window had expired. While I understand return policies, the product quality was so disappointing that I feel it should have been considered for an exception. The customer service response was not helpful, and I was left feeling frustrated and unheard.

I would not recommend this product due to its poor quality, and I would encourage the company to reconsider their approach to returns for products that do not meet the standards advertised

The Cerviless Pro - Back Posture item from ca.palongo ..... worked well the first time I used it. However the second time I used it the Velcro did not work at all. Without the Velcro working, it does not work - period. I bought it because the website noted a CA (Canadian) website however when i tried to return it - they say it has to go to France, and you are required to pay the shipping (which they state) it costs more than the item. Their is a big difference between returning it to France vs a Canadian address (The return office on the package is, YW Co.Ltd. UNIT #16-17, 3495 Laird Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5L5S5, Canada). Also, they will only refund 15%. I checked the legal Information and it does not say 15%, it implies that the whole thing will be refunded. I check the reviews on the website, however, I now see that there is no place for me to leave a review, so I question if the reviews that they display are real. Seems like they have my money, (and time) and I am unlikely to get any resolution. The return policy is not as described. and it was about 10 days late. Do not recommend using this group at all.

I ordered two Cerviless Pro support braces purchasedfor $116 plus insurance on order since using new company.
Excited when pkg came in today in time for xmas... until I opened pkg and received two gold toned stainless steel necklaces with a weird pendant worth maybe $20?!

Contacted them giving all details with pics of order, tracking, pkg received and fwd'd original email of order confirmation

The response I received was like computer generated as if they didnot even read my email with all details they asked me what they can do for me???

Omgoodness sent another email linking all past emails to again request MY ordered products
No response yet!
I hope they read these because I truly want my order!

I ordered a back pack as advertised. I received a different backpack without some of the key features. I’ve reached out to their customer service twice with no response. I paid 221.00 for the backpack. Not cheap. Service is horrible. Could be a scam website.

Dealing with PALONGO has been & still the s the most stressful experience I’ve ever had they are scammers sending me Sushi Making Molds that can be purchased from other sites 4x cheaper now after a month refuse to refund my NZ$116.99!! This is my first experience of online shopping want be doing it again!!! Steer clear of this disreputable company!!!

"3 plus 1 gratis, 29,95." Dat stond bij de wissellijstjes A4formaat. Na ontvangst van 1 lijstje bleek dat dat de prijs voor 1 lijstje was. 4 lijstjes zouden dus 89,85 moeten kosten.... Op zijn minst is dit misleiding maar et voelt als oplichting.
Mail gestuurd naar de klantenservice maar na een week nog geen reactie. Terugsturen zou moeten kunnen maar ja, geen reactie. Dus laat je niet oplichten en bestel NOOIT iets bij Palong0
