Sevigny Blazer and Danube Cashmere sweater
The Sevigny Blazer is a beautifully cut piece made of beautiful fabric. I bought it to replace a navy jacket bought at a similar price point from a well-known brand a few years ago. The Palome product is far superior. I also bought a lovely Danube cashmere sweater which drapes softly. My order (my first) was delivered quickly and arrived in a stylish box with the clothes wrapped in lightly scented tissue paper. It felt such a treat. I love the concept behind Palome and their pricing transparency - I will definitely be buying again.

First time ordering from this company who i stumbled upon online. Beautifully wrapped, scented paper and in a lovely box. Prompt delivery . The Madeleine cardigan in Poppy red is simple stunning. Very soft alpaca and mohair and not at all itchy. Excellent value for the money. Very tempted to get another colour.

I own 3 pair of jeans by Palome. That's proof how good they are. They are great value for what they are: jeans with great shapes and made with high quality denim. I love them all! I just wish more black/grey denim options.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love Palome. They have really good quality pieces for a great price. I trust them entirely - sometimes when things arrive from desirable brands they are less than expected. Never with Palome. Added to which their customer service is friendly, prompt and kind. I actually feel valued rather than a frustrated nuisance.

I discovered Palome on social media somewhere..
Originally it was for your jeans. Having tried various styles, although they fit perfectly I didn't feel were right for me.
I am almost 60 and so happy to have discovered your clothes. They are all classic pieces, beautifully cut and just about within my budget. I feel they will stand the test of time and great wardrobe staples.
I have also purchased a few things for my 33 year old daughter who has been delighted, particularly with the jumpers!
The ordering and return service is flawless as is the customer service when seeking advice.

OK, not a great experience
Ordered a t-shirt and a cardigan. The t-shirt was fine and I wrote a positive review that was published.
The cardigan was very big and very scratchy on my skin so I sent it back and wrote a less positive review about that. The cardigan review still doesn’t seem to be on the site so I think they are only publishing the ones they like. To be clear, I am talking about reviews on Palome’s own site.
Then well over a month later I realised they hadn’t acknowledged the return or made the refund. I sent an email and they did then make the refund and apologise, but I definitely recommend keeping an eye on your account if you send a return.

I have been following Palome for a…
I have been following Palome for a while as the quality and price looked to be fantastic and also backed up with great reviews. My expectations were therefore quite high but was sadly disappointed with the cashmere sweater I received as a Christmas gift from my husband. This is the first cashmere sweater that has felt rough to touch and itchy on my skin right out of the box. I’ve had lots of great quality cashmere items in the past (not from Palome), that were far superior in terms of feel and softness.
Update:
Palome did reach out to me and kindly sent an alternative sweater for me try. I'm pleased to say that this one was much better and inline with my expectations. Although I was disappointed with my initial purchase, Palome did make things right and were really excellent with their customer service. This does go such a long way and it gives me confidence to purchase other items.

I am telling everyone I know to use this website- it’s amazing! I’ve bought some tops, jumpers and a pair of trousers and each item is perfection! The quality of workmanship is top class and the materials are excellent quality. The fact that the pricing is very reasonable and transparent makes it worth a five star review. The delivery so far has been in one or two days and when I contacted the team there with a query on colours they responded promptly and were very helpful. The must exquisite cashmere jumper
I recently bought the navy 100% cashmere Emile jumper, what a treat, it’s super soft! Perfect if you have got a long torso as well because it seats nicely below your waist. The quality and feel are amazing!

Super quality, super customer service, unbelievably reasonable price
I ordered a wool/cotton jumper and a merino vest, and was a little dubious about the quality to expect with their reasonable prices. My order arrived within a few days, boxed and wrapped in tissue paper with a little scarf included as a gift. Both items are beautiful: the jumper is outstanding - chunky, soft and luxurious and about 1/4 of the price of similar garments from the likes of Wyse London etc. I will definitely be watching out for Palome's fortnightly drop of new styles
