Would recommend Paloma Health to anyone. Saved us a massive waiting time. Process took 8 months in total and we come away with a diagnosis for my son, so it's opened so much more help with him getting the support he needs at school. Staff were incredible, friendly and so patient.

The whole process was communicated really well and very supportive throughout. The staff were friendly, empathetic and put the children at ease throughout the assessment. The staff were supportive, helpful and listened to any information that was provided. Sometimes on the neuro developmental pathway it can feel like professionals dismiss your experiences or that as a family your input is not listened to but the customer service was excellent and the staff empathetic and understanding.We had some technical issues with our own IT which impacted our appointment but within minutes the assessor had contacted the admin team and they arranged another appointment. We also queried some information at the diagnosis meeting which prompted further discussion and information and the assessor listened to this and amended the advice accordingly which is of great help for us in ensuring the right support is in place for our daughter. The diagnosis was positive and one of the assessors really took the time to encourage our daughter that there are lots of positive aspects to having autism and that just because they process things differently doesn't mean its a negative and that they have a unique way of looking into the world etc which I thought was really supportive and encouraging. The whole process was smooth and a short process as stated in the timescales. The portal and the tutorials and the information guides pre and post diagnosis were all really useful and comprehensive.

My 10 year old was starting to think she was different from her peers and was anxious and worried that she had autism. I went to her school and GP and school recommended going through the doctor using right to choose. The doctor put us onto Paloma Health due to the short waiting time and I didn’t regret going with them, their support and care has been amazing. All done on line, so no long journeys. The professionals we dealt with were understanding and kind. And kept us informed throughout the process. From start to finish my daughter’s diagnosis was about 8 weeks. Highly recommend Paloma Health.

We are 3 years into the ADHD NHS pathway but daughter had obvious ASD features, so after a 6 month wait I heard about RTC. Paloma had a short 8 week turnaround, so I asked the GP for a referral. Within those 8 weeks, everything was done from start to diagnosis. They were clear, communicative and we chose the remote assessment. It went smoothly. The staff were lovely and I felt totally heard. I would (and have) thoroughly recommend Paloma to anyone.

As someone who works in this field, I knew what I was looking for and Paloma met and far exceeded my expectations. Great communication from the start, the parent modules accessible from the point of referral to beyond discharge are brilliant as are the seminars. I was very impressed with the clinicians doing thr assessments and the comprehensive report. And that we had an outcome meeting too to ask all our questions. It took 3.5 months from referral to outcome

Fantastic, stress free process. Very informative from start to finish, always knowing throughly what stage you were at and what was next. They made my son's experience really positive. The process was fast, from start in October, to discharged with diagnosis in march. All the team we met with were friendly and professional. I can't fault the service.

We went via right to choose for my 7 year old son and chose the Hybrid pathway with Paloma so he had an in person assessment and then an online / video call for my husband and I. From start to finish they were great! We always felt well informed throughout each stage and with how long the wait time was. The timescales they listed were very accurate. We got a diagnosis within 5 months of putting in the referral, compared with waiting 2-3 years on the NHS. The staff were all brilliant, so friendly and helpful and made us all feel very comfortable. The report we received to confirm the diagnosis was really lovely and very much focused on strengths as well as needs, so it didn’t feel negative. We didn’t feel like anything was missing from the report, and it showed us how well they’d understood our son. Would highly recommend Paloma to anyone.

I'm very happy with the choice to use paloma health, front the beginning they were so thorough with everything, every step of the way there was so much information on support and next steps, we knew what was to come so we could prepare our daughter, all appointments on line and face to face were great the team are all very kind and supportive it was a positive experience for both us and our daughter. Very quick but thorough and we got the diagnosis we expected. Overall I would highly recommend them

Assessments for both of my teenagers (twins) the whole experience was brilliant. Very fast, very informative and very easy to access. Can’t thank them enough. I would recommend using the service to anyone.

The referral process on the whole was great; the paperwork was very easy to complete and the process was much quicker than going through my child’s school.
Unfortunately a diagnosis was not given which was very disappointing and I believe some of the evidence I gave was not accounted for towards the outcome, I declined the outcome call as I didn’t feel like I was in the right headspace as now I have a child who is struggling - but not struggling enough…

The staff were friendly, patient and communicated clearly and thoroughly. My son felt comfortable going through the process. We were seen and received a diagnosis in less than 3 months once the referral had been made. We were also given ongoing advice which is a light in the dark! Excellent.

We used the right to choose remote autism pathway with Paloma Health. Our experience was excellent, from our GP referal to getting our outcome report was about 3 months, I'm honestly still shocked at the efficiency of the process! They provide regular communication so you know where you are in the process.
All the staff were kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I was nervous because I felt I had a responsibility to my child to remember everything & say it well but the lady who interviewed us totally understood that & completely put me at my ease.
We are so pleased we chose Paloma Health, now we can move forward with our child & get her the right support.

The pathway was extremely smooth and quick. We were really impressed that we had diagnosis under 3 months from speaking to the GP. Everyone we dealt with at Paloma was understanding and focused on strengths which is why we chose paloma. My son felt comfortable talking to them during his observation.and even though he was quiet/said what he thought they wanted to, they knew what to look for in his responses.

Absolutely fantastic service, my son 13 was assessed remotely for autism with recommendations for further assessments. Everyone we spoke to were professional and empathic putting our son and us at ease They kept us informed every step of the way, detailed report given at the end with lots of explanation and the portal helps you navigate life going forward. Took 4 months from GP referral to diagnosis.
