Baskets
Bonjour,
J’ai acheté une paire de baskets noires chez vous il y a environ un mois. Comme j’avais déjà acheté le même modèle auparavant et que j’en étais satisfait, j’ai décidé de commander à nouveau.
Malheureusement, à la réception, la paire présentait plusieurs taches et défauts visibles. Je n’ai pas pu la renvoyer car je manquais de temps et j’avais besoin de l’utiliser rapidement.
J’espère que vous pourrez prendre en compte ce problème. Ce type de situation risque malheureusement de faire perdre la confiance et la fidélité des clients.

The quality of the matter is good
The quality of the matter is good, the size selected is good and the comfort is there.
The only small drawback, a pronounced squeak between the inside material and the socks when you walk.
