Here is the full text message conversation with the firm after I provided feedback.

PAK DIRECT CARGO
My response: I will not be using your service again.
An item from my package was removed BEFORE the seal was attached (a camera was removed from its box and taken). The seal was then attached and obviously accepted. I’m very disappointed. You clearly have someone within the network that cannot be trusted.
Reply: We do not allow these expensive items in the parcels.
My response: That doesn’t address my problem in any way and your response to my concern says it all really.
The camera was not expensive and probably only worth about £20.
It’s probably best that you now spend the time trying to find the dishonest person in your network.
Reply: Did you mention in the items that you are putting camera in the parcel ?
My response: No I didn’t. Does that make a difference when it’s been signed for on the other side and accepted because the blue seal wasn’t tampered with?
Reply: Customs in Pakistan
If they open and it’s mentioned in the invoice we pay duty other wise they can take it out.
My response: You’re suggesting that it was opened by customs in Pakistan and then resealed without notice and with exactly the same blue seal as the one you use? Why would customs in Pakistan have exactly the same blue seal?
When anything is checked by customs (anywhere in the world) they leave a note to say it’s been checked. They cannot take items and then accept that as payment. It doesn’t make any sense to me. They would just refuse to release it if the duty was not paid and then destroy it after a period of time. That’s not a good enough explanation from you.
Reply: We got seals. In Pakistan as well
And resell the parked which get opened

Next time don’t hide things inside the parcel while using any other service.
My response: There won’t be a next time.
I absolutely will not be using your services again and will tell everyone that might be considering doing so not to use your services either. You’re running an unreliable and wholly-unprofessional service, to say the least.

Extremely unprofessional, full of blatant liars. Made several false promises and these guys don't have any moral business ethics. Always looking for just one thing MONEY and nothing else. Try to find an alternative please...
