I had a problem with my order (one of the products was not well sealed and arrived almost empty). I contacted customer service and they sent me a new product right away.

How quickly I received my order after I placed my order and my face loves the oil ❤️❤️

Great products, fast delivery

Gradually changing my skincare to clean non toxic and was recommended this brand, loving the cleansing oil as it removes eye makeup also and leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean. I also have the moisturiser and its still early for any results but so far so good.

In a few words, "it does what it says on the tin". Found the Pai products very comforting on my sensitive skin. Having reached the age of 78 years found that past products used were not ageing with me and therefore losing the much needed help with skin.

The only face clothes I will use. Have ordered several times. Best I’ve ever used and will continue to reorder.

Was skeptical at first but I must say I like this a lot! It doesn’t feel too heavy on, which for me is important as I have combination skin that tends to break out from heavy products. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I do feel like I can see the difference.

There had been some kind of postal mishap on a precious order and I never received my order of Light Work.

Then there was some kind of miscommunication regarding what happened.

Customer service ended up sending me a new full-size bottle of Light Work free of charge. I was surprised as this was above and beyond what I had previously thought about the customer service.

The Light Work is possibly the best facial cleanser I’ve ever used. I have super dry skin. This product is first in line for my moisturizing routine.

If you’re in doubt, get a travel size. You’ll be glad you did.

I order Pai skincare either online or in outlets which is great and this time ordered the 10ml boosters online. On delivery one booster was 75% empty, and a second was 75% full. The oli vit boosters was fine. Sent pics immediately to customer service and their solution was for me to send them back!!! And they would post out replacements. What a solution....after this online experience I will not purchase any further products and will not recommend.

This is my first time ordering from Pai Skincare and I'm happy to say it won't be my last. I have always wanted to try these products because I have sensitive skin and I am vegan. It simply suits my life and I can't wait to order more.

Takes over 3 weeks to receive the order because Pai Skincare uses the cheapest shipping method available to them and then lie and gaslight about it.

The package arrived on time and I liked the product. The exfoliation feature is gentle. The cloth dries quickly.

Pai Cleansing oil has a subtle scent and feels very refreshing on my skin. I also use the Pai Phaze gel cleanser, which removes dirt, oil and sunscreen on my face. The Pai Phaze gel cleanser really clears the skin and feels refreshing.

bought as a gift for wife, arrived on time well packaged, she is pleased with this item.

I received my products today.
I have used the Light Work cleansing oil previously and love the lightweight but effective oil.
I have just tried the acid toner and love it.....it does not sting or irritate my super sensitive skin and I like that it is a brightening and exfoliating toner.

I’m a huge fan of the rose hip seed oil!! I’m 32 and I’ve started to see my skin looking a little dull, so I’ve been searching for a product to give it some life - this is it! Better than any synthetic product I’ve tried. I even wear it in the morning.

I’ve loved Pai since the moment I started using their products, however recently I had an unfortunate situation where the packaging failed. I contacted Pai and everyone I spoke to was so genuine and warm and they gave me a refund for the product. They’re such a brilliant company, not just for their incredible products but also because of the team themselves.

Only been using the product (Feather Canyon) a couple of days but I love it, its already healed my sore dry eye lids and the packaging is lovely. Its a pleasure to use. If I could afford it I would buy the whole range :)

Order arrived very quickly! The tan is a lovely natural colour, so easy to apply and non streaky. Can be built up over a few days into a deeper tan…it is lovely.
