Since implementing Paidnice, our average debtor's days have been reduced drastically, adding so much value to the business that it basically pays for itself. The Paidnice development team keep finding innovative and forward-thinking ways to automate more and more tasks and they release new features that are genuinely useful in solving real world issues in the accounting environment.

They've made it easy to automate collection protocols for a variety of custom scenarios, in a way that easily integrates into Quickbooks and is extremely reliable.

Wow, I mean, it's always nice when a product actually does what it says but when it's also really user friendly and intuitive that's marvellous. When you have a question and you get a one-on-one video call with one of the team (in my country) within the same day and they are incredibly knowledgeable AND invite you to a new function that's in user testing and very helpful to your business...well, I'd give Paidnice 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend and very worth the reasonable price of investment.

Paidnice has been very helpful in reminding our clients when their invoices are due. Simple to setup and has features such as SMS and email reminders, furthermore, the ability to add administration fees / late fees to overdue invoices does entice usually late-paying clients to pay on time.

Additionally, the support team is prompt, answers all questions in detail and has even added features we thought were important for us to have.

I sought out Paidnice to help me tackle and automate collection on over $90k in unpaid invoices.
