Working with Paget has been the key I needed to unlock that mysterious door that has been blocking me from excelling in life. It turns out I wasn’t so far away, but the block seemed insurmountable. What’s really cool about working with Paget is that she is very honest about her own process. She doesn’t lecture; she is a participant.

I have done multiple of Paget's programs and can very much recommend them. Her approach is different from other coaches as she is teaching you how to connect to deeper roots and patterns of your issues. When you release them at the core the results are permanent instead of just manifesting mantras over it.

Her modules within the courses are well structured and easy to follow. There is always homework and exercises to anchor in the lesson. Her team is friendly and helpful.

However: If you are not willing to do the uncomfortable work and face yourself, this is not for you!

But if you are, you will connect to yourself on a deep level, see life completely differently and elevate to a higher version of yourself.

She is also just a very lovely person to be around and knows when to comfort you through a tough transition as well as push you to rely on yourself.

After years of talking therapies and tried multiple things to get better. My life changed for good as soon as I started to work with Paget.
I first started with a cheap program “Reset your reality” and wow. It reset your brain, it’s magical. I then signed up to her other programs and I love them all. It’s uncomfortable, you go through detox but then you wake up as a new person with less fear and less anxiety.
I sleep better than before.

If you want to learn how energy works, speed up your healing journey and improve your life in so many areas, Paget Kagy is the one. The past 5 years Ive been looking for something that actually works to propell me forward. QSA and Paget was the missing key. Ive tried almost all of her programs and I elevate every single time I revisit them. Taking the leap to work with her is the best choice Ive ever made.

So ngl, I'm skeptical in general but the idea of energy work was appealing because there are certain things I've noticed in my life, like, I tend to trigger negative, competitive, or otherwise unpleasant reactions from people and unintentionally as least consciously. Also despite having a good life I felt lost. Mid-life crisis maybe. So I signed up for Paget's QSA program. And just whoa. The lectures are interesting but the clearings are freaking amazing! People are so much kinder to me, and more open, for no apparent reason except to say as Paget says, it's all energy and her clearings/activations change something at this weirdly deep unconscious level. Life just feels sort of easier? I don't know how to explain it. But go try it - if you commit to it, it will be one of the most valuable investments in yourself.

I signed up for the October challenge after seeing this person all over my socials and buying into these glowing reviews (which i now realise are fake).
My inbox is now flooded with 10 emails a day, I then had to download Telegram, which takes you to Youtube - so all this is a ploy to increase her following. She talks incessantly about why things haven't worked for you, and what will happen if you shifted x and y etc. There is no 'energy clearing', there are apparently four-hour live sessions - who has the time to do those?
The Telegram channel is a nightmare, lots of chats and messages, but nothing that's actually useful, and the emails are all marketing spam. I have spent 30 mins and I can't find anything useful in the Telegram channel or emails.

Paget's course has been probably the most important thing that I've done for myself. Saying that, I have tried different modalities, including traditional therapy, energy work and psychodelics.
QSA has been both something that helped me integrate and understand most of my past experiences and learnings, and a source of tools to experience my reality more consciosusly, more joyfully and more freely.
I've gained a lot of respect and faith when it comes to myself through this time and as I countinue this work after the course has ended, I can see how much time and money and frustration it has saved me.
And the people that I've met in this container turned out to be very, very valuable connections.
What I really like about Paget is that she's very down to earth and gracefully honest.
I'm very grateful to have met her and have her as my teacher. I truly don't know how my life would turn out, if it weren't for learning from her.

The frequency clinic was the biggest gift to myself! Paget is simply amazing and her work and guidance can literally shift your experience in life. I am seeing now the world differently, feels like the rules of universe were explained to me and you feel the change IMMEDIATELY. What else to say..
I wish I could have done it 20 years ago to gain all this time!!

I know its cliche, but I can only describe QSA as a truly life-changing program.

Prior to joining it, I was single for over three years, struggling in my career, and unmotivated about my life in general.
Fast forward to half a year later--I am currently in a stable relationship with a partner with whom I share a bond like I've never experienced before; I am experiencing strong bursts of creativity and passion in my career on a daily basis; and I just feel much more hopeful and confident about my future.

The main thing I would say that distinguishes QSA from other programs is its balance between practicality and theory. It provides a deep perspective and explanation on the way we view the world and the problems that we currently may have; but also offers hands-on methods that promise rapid & effective shifts in our lives.

Paget is an amazing coach who can quickly assess our issues, provide down-to-earth and constructive feedback, while keeping us focused and motivated throughout the entire course.

I recommend QSA for... well, anyone really! This course is structured in a beginner-friendly way--no difficult jargon, no pre-requisite learning, etc.-- so even if this is your first "self-improvement" sort of program, it will surely serve as a solid foundation for the rest of your life. On the other hand, if you have tried a bunch of other things in the past but feel nothing has worked for you, I would still recommend this course as your "last resort".

Of course, its very important to have an open-mind and commitment to make the best out of the program. But you will be part of a community of other like-minded and supportive participants, with whom you may make life-long connections that surpass way beyond the 3-month container.

Each year I invest in a course to strengthen / deepen my journey to becoming a better person. This has taken a variety of forms from books, to fitness, to therapists, to on-line courses. Each has helped.

This year, I was feeling STUCK. Unable to release certain things and I felt that was holding me back. When I discovered Paget's messages (think Instagram), I knew I had to sign up. I will admit I was a little uneasy about a group setting. But that changed as I now have a new set of friends with a shared experience.

Paget's program is FANTASTIC! It is structured. It requires work. So you have to be ready "to do the work!" Which I was and I am grateful for! Paget's program has provided me with a new set of tools for addressing and releasing things that had previously held me back. It helped me discover things that needed to be resolved or fully released.

I look forward to future programs offered by Paget!

Other thoughts in no particular order:

- "I feel really connected to our group (we're calling it Class of 4Q2023)."

I didn’t understand QSA or what Paget could do… But I knew I needed to be apart of it and Paget’s world.
And I’m so glad I listened to that voice!

This was the safest space I’ve ever been in!
I could reveal my darkest nightmares and my deepest dreams to Paget without fear.

QSA changed my life…
I think differently about myself, life, and those around me. I feel differently about everything… past, present, and future!

So many of us remain connected and speak almost daily… It’s that life changing!

I recommend this experience for:
-anyone who is ready for change
-those who are ready to take a step towards becoming their highest self
-who’s ready to bring their dreams into this reality
-those ready to transform their relationships
-those ready to transform their biz/career
-those ready to welcome in abundance

I’m not saying it’ll be easy…
It might… It might not.
Everyone’s experience is different…
For me, it was a rollercoaster.
But your group is like a tribe, they’re there for you no matter what. Paget is a fearless leader who will stand by you without coddling you. She guided you in a way to not “do it for you” or conditioning for you to need her… She guides and trains you to learn how to do everything she know in your own two feet- and that’s powerful.

If there’s a little voice telling you to join… Listen to it! So many of us, despite facing dark storms in the process, have begged Paget for more! For a deeper program, in-person, and continuation programs. This, to me, speaks more than a past experience- we actively are asking for more!

But if you’re not ready… Know that’s okay too. Listen to that little voice. It’s okay to listen to her YouTube channel, watch her Instagram content, and purchase smaller workshops until your ready… Soon you’ll find yourself more than ready for QSA and know that us graduates are cheering you on! 🥳

QSA

In a nutshell…QSA absolutely, positively changed my life. I was at a breaking point - I felt like nothing in my life made sense, I wasn’t connected to anyone or anything, the world was unsafe, there was nothing to look forward too. And I just felt, deep within me, that there was something more to life. More to my life. But I didn’t know what it was and I had a hard trusting myself. QSA helped me get back to myself, helped me feel safe in my body, allowed me to see my life through a completely different lens that was more optimistic, more hopeful, more trusting. For the first time in a REALLY long time, I feel at peace within myself. I feel happy and unburdened. And that for me is worth everything.

THANK YOU Paget, sincerely, from the bottom of my heart for offering QSA and offering yourself, your guidance, your wisdom and your compassion to those of us who joined your incredible program. This has truly been a life-changing experience for me, in so many ways. I feel so centered and so at peace within myself. I feel safe, which I haven’t felt in so, so long…literally can’t actually remember the last time I felt safe in this world or in my body. My birth was one of the most empowering experiences I have had so far in my life because of all the work I did to come back to myself and my body, to come back into my deserving and my voice. To fill my body with excitement, connection and joy, rather than fear. I was strong enough to advocate for myself in so many ways and I fully trusted my body to birth my son without any interventions (even though some were presented to me in the throes of labour). I honestly felt so incredibly powerful  (before, during and after), and I know I wouldn’t have been able to feel this if I hadn’t had your guidance or done the work that your program outlines. It’s truly incredible and I feel so grateful for finding you and taking the leap to join. I have truly transformed in ways I never thought possible - and my partner saw me change from week one to week twelve, which I find so amazing.

I feel empowered and trusting of both myself, my higher self and the Universe. I feel comfortable not knowing and taking inspired actions, knowing that I will get to where I want to be when I have released the blocks and the timing is right. I don’t need to know how or when, I just need to trust…and I do, deeply.  

I sent the following text to my husband the other day: “but I’m gonna be honest, I actually feel really good about myself since giving birth, even though I know it doesn’t seem like it…it’s been hard, so I’ve been emotional, but like deep deep down I’m feeling really good. And it feels really nice to be at peace with myself for once in my life…like I don’t feel like I’m fighting so hard to live…I can just live and enjoy these days, even though they are so hard obviously.” I was teary writing it and I felt genuine gratitude fill my entire body as I realized where I am now and where I will be able to go. I am rereading it now and tears are starting to fill my eyes!

I am taking a lot of small (but big to me!!) wins as I head out of the program and I know that things are only going to go up from here and I know that I can handle anything that comes up for me - because I can burn!!! And I can detox!!! And I can recalibrate!!! And I can level up!!! I am capable and I am deserving of it.

QSA was especially helpful for me in my current role as Mom. I’m now burning a lot of blocks through motherhood, and I think this is going to be the game changer for me. It’s going to take time and a lot of intentional work, but I’m ready for it and I’m doing my best to really be present in the moments so I can release the blocks and welcome in a new energy from which I can mother my children; especially my daughter. It’s a big hurdle for me, opening up my heart space and leading from deep self-love and compassion…I have a bit of stubbornness to release as well…some control and ‘not enough’ patterns when it comes to parenting, but I’m well aware of it, which I know will allow me to properly burn through them in due time. You opened my eyes to what it means to really BE in motherhood. And BE within myself. Thank you.

QSA was worth every penny. The investment in myself is so invaluable and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to have done the program and be a QSA graduate. Thank you 💛

In the past, I explored every avenue—emotion code, journaling, rtt, positive affirmations, courses, therapy—yet that sense of emptiness lingered. Then, Paget's Instagram video came upon my feed and really resonated with me. Learning more about her QSA course convinced me it was the missing piece, and I must say, QSA has truly transformed my life. Paget pinpointed where energy was stored and needed release. For the first time, I feel inner peace, confidence, a newfound courage to pursue things I once deemed too ambitious. I've noticed shifts, and my perspective on things has changed. Really recommend Paget’s QSA course where you desire to make lasting positive change to your life. The course and Paget helped me to work through undesirable life patterns that I’ve been struggling to deal with by working through issues that even I didn’t recognise was affecting my life in many ways. I haven’t done many courses or programs like this before so can’t really compare but QSA is a must!

Paget's program was very helpful in my journey of self-discovery, the community aspect was particularly helpful.
I have tried talk therapy, emdr but the most significant changes came from energy /frequency level clearings.

I joined QSA because of my romantic life, I felt stuck and inpatient. I don’t have my dream partner yet, but I am at peace with where I am at; open to the flow of life (and enjoying it!). With QSA, I have learned to identify patterns that I run and I now trust in my higher self, so I am no longer worrying or trying to control the outcome (I now know it can come in a way better than I could’ve expected it). I had heard statements like these before, but now I TRULY believe them. I think QSA helps you get there (they’re not just sentences now). Paget is an amazing teacher and guide, encouraging you to listen and trust your higher self, she is kind and understanding but doesn’t sugar coat things. Having the frequency clinics were super helpful and reaffirming, but by the end of the course I found myself not needing them (which is the whole point!) as I already knew what I was going to hear. If you are thinking about joining QSA, don’t think- just do it! You found this program for a reason ;)

It’s a consciousness shift- so no matter where you are, you progress into something more. It just looks different since everyone starts different.

For me… I am more confident in myself, more sure of how I am without caring about what others think of me. I was never sure what/how I wanted to be seem, and so for me, to be happy and content in myself own company was huge!!

And as a bonus I met so many inspiring fellow aspiring QSA-ers :). So so blessed for the support system and to meet people at the same level, regardless of age and geography- opened up my insight and perspective of opportunities beyond anything I have ever experienced! Forever grateful for this course ❤️

Since starting QSA I have changed my career completely and had the courage to stop pursuing projects/ programs that were hurting me and making me feel small and like a martyr. Right now Im starting to pursue things that really scare me and that I actually want, instead of just taking what falls on my plate. Theres tons of resistance but its only because Im pushing at my edges and its lovely to have a tool that is so useful for moving thriugh the resistance. Ive manifested being an aussie citizen which was something that had taken over my life completely, I had intense anxiety over the last 18 years due to it and now its done. My relationship to money has been changing very slowly and Im starting to stand up more for myself, because before I didn't at all. QSA has opened my eyes to the so many layers that exist in my life and its been instrumental in starting to overcome my fear of living and of being myself <3

When I started this course I was at a moment in my life where I felt it was time to step it up but felt something out of my conscious control was holding me back. Manifesting and affirmations were two familiar things to me, but still, I felt that some of these were being blocked by something deeper than my thoughts or emotions. I felt an inner calling that I needed to work in me much deeper than I was doing before so I could break free from what was holding me back.

I see myself now and I've become a person with much more confidence, less of a people pleaser, I've been taking more action towards my desires but from a place of enjoyment and ease, which were two things I wasn't feeling as much while working on similar things in the past.

What I love about working with Paget and the QSA course is how easy it felt to do it. I'm not going to lie that at first you have to put in the work by being consistent and disciplined, but once you start applying the lessons from the first week you will start seeing that the rest gets easier and easier- This course is all about feeling and being aware, this method helped me to see my reality without the noise of my emotions and be as objective as needed to release and understand myself in a much deeper way.

I've stepped up into a reality where I achieved friendships I have longed to have for a long time, people who care about me and make me feel inspired. I got rid of a big grief from a past relationship and cut off people that I wasn't able to separate from that easily.

the big changes are still on their way, however, I'm happy to know that the places I work from internally to attract these aren't self-sacrifice, low self-worth, fear, or worry anymore but confidence, deep trust in myself, and enjoyment of the process.

I've been able to set boundaries with much more ease and without the guilt trip from it. I feel that I look out for and put myself first more. My life is not ruled by guilt, fear of rejection, or external validation as it was in the past when I wasn't so aware of these things happening.

If you already know a thing or two on your healing journey but want to make things happen quicker and with much more ease, consider this a calling. Life CAN be just as you want it to be and this course will help you know how.
