Staff were really helpful. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into decisions. It’s a real shame that the Warrington branch is closing.

Lovely bright store with a great choice of lighting products. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the store.

Very helpful assistant in the Warrington Shop.

Recently bought a light from the store in Warrington. Got an electrician to fit it, but he told us the transformer was faulty. I went back to the store to get a replacement. I was left waiting at the counter because only one person was on there whilst other staff were chatting to each other in the store. The gentleman on the counter was obviously inexperienced and took so long to ring up a sale. When he eventually got to me I explained my issue, he then proceeded to take 10 minutes tapping keys before he went for a replacement.
Then another member of staff came and opened my faulty light on the counter. She never asked, never told me what she was doing just messed with wires on a tester, which in the end didn’t work. All the time I was stood there made to think I was lying. I recieved no apology, in fact that member of staff didn’t say a thing to me. I sent this experience to Pagazzi but they just ignored it.
We will not use them again and I hope this gives others food for thought too. Poor customer service.

I bought a chandelier and paid £150 to get 2 electricians to try and fit it only to be told the item was faulty. This was hugely frustrating. I went in store in Warrington and the asst store manager didn't say "oh I'm so sorry" he said "i have to test it I can't just take your word for it"

So I stood there while he whistled and sang feeling like he was accusing me of lying. Only to be told yes it was faulty. Not "we are so sorry" but "not sure what happened there". No compensation. No empathy. “We don’t refund any costs”. He offered to test the replacement lamp which was scant consolation. But tester didn’t work so I decided to get a refund and get the hell out of there

Great customer service in the Warrington store. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Excellent choice for the lighting I required. Definitely happy to recommend.

I needed to replace lightshades and your assistant manager, Craig, was most helpful with checking the fitting of the shades and when the shades I chose were not available as replacements sold fittings that had the correct number of shades. This service was exemplary.

I bought two bedside lamps from the Warrington store to then get home and find both were broke. The quality was that to be expected from a cheap shipment from China but had certainly been marked up in value.
I returned the lamps to the store approximately 2 hours later and attempted to return them.
I had left my receipt at home in the rush to return them before closing time. I knew there wouldn't be an issue about the receipt as I had my online banking statement and was returning faulty goods.
The store manager at first wouldn’t refund me even after returning the damaged items two hours after purchasing them. I explained very calmly that as the items were damaged and I was returning them within 30 days a receipt wasn’t required. The store manager went absolutely ballistic at me and was literally shouting in my face saying that it’s store policy not to refund without a receipt and that is that. I have honestly never been spoken to this way in any store in my life and this is actually the first review I think I’ve ever left as I really don’t want this manager shouting at anyone else when all I wanted was a refund for damaged goods.
I reached out to the company retail manager who emailed me explaining that the store manager had explained things got a little out of control but made it out like we both lost it in the store and were screaming at eachother. As I made a point of dealing with the situation in a calm, respectful way I was absolutely shocked by the lack of respect shown my way after trying to return two faulty items 2hrs after purchasing.
The above is obviously a point I wanted to make as I was shocked at my treatment but my main point would be that the quality of items being sold by this company are sub standard and the best way of describing the quality would be that of a cheap light found online from China but then sold on via a good looking retail store at a hugely inflated price.
I’ve said my bit so I’ll end my essay here… if you want quality light fittings and want a guarantee then avoid this company like the plague.

Prompt service , very helpful. I purchased a set of 3 lights for my Kitchen 4 Years ago . 1 of my glass shades had broken .I was told to send a picture and they would reply . They replied very quickly , the replacement was ordered and delivered within a few days . Excellent Customer Service.

I’ve been to this shop a number of times. All the staff are lovely. They are knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly. When someone goes away to get your item, I guarantee that someone else passing will check that you are ok and being served. I think that some items are very expensive but there are often offers and sales so I wait, hoping my favourite will be in there.

Gorgeous touch lamp!! I looked in several stores for one, when I saw the silver city building one I knew that was the one!! Very helpful staff too.
