Bird of Paradise

I recently purchased a large Bird of Paradise plant from Pafe Plants. I was very particular about receiving a plant in good condition, so I reached out to them beforehand. Heather kindly offered to do a video call so I could choose my own plant. I was so impressed by this thoughtful suggestion that I decided to trust their judgment instead and asked them to send the one they felt was best.
I just received my plant, and I can honestly say it is absolutely gorgeous — I love it! It looks exactly like the pictures on the website, and the leaves are fresh and healthy.

The plant came broken

The plant came broken. It was supposed to be shipped by Pafe but was shipped by UPS. When i reached out to tell them, no one got back to me.

Pafe Plants is amazing

The team at Pafe Plants is absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond for me. They helped with every single step of the process, from picking out the perfect plant to the actual delivery. They even assisted with the installation and clean-up! I am so impressed with their service that I won't ever go anywhere else for my plant needs.

Wasted time and money

Ordered a large parlor palm. The plant arrived nearly folded over, about 90% of fronds had hard bended breaking them over. Of course the plant is dying quickly within the week of arrival. Pretty much a complete waste of time and money on this one.

I was pleased but thr plant came with not a lot of dirt in the box and that is only complaint that I have.
