I put my order at 12 June 2025, I haven’t heard any from them until I write this review on 17 June, where it should have been delivered to me. I wrote two emails to them on the 14th and 15th, but no replies until now

Shocking customer service
Customer service at this place is beyond disgusting. I paid for a padel racquet, then a few days later I was sent a refund without any explanation. After contacting them many times through the website and by email I am yet to have any sort of response. Putrid way to treat potential customers.

They help me to decide which racket was better for me as I didn't have any idea about what racket was going to be better for my control/defense style of playing.
I end up buying the Starvie Titania Kepler 2.0 that also has a rough surface so I can have a bit more of spin.
Once I placed the order, the delivery took 3 days to get into my house.
Looks like this company is managed by padel players as their website is made for users that know what they are looking for. Actually, I found quite usefull the filters they have so you can search with no waste of time what you want. Since I didn't know much about rackets, I just send a message through the live chat and they replied me with some rackets that fit my needs.
I recommend them 100%.
