Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! Great prices . Responded to all my inquiries very promptly , answered all my questions, arranged for fast delivery of a paddle. My experience with this store was so great I didn’t even bother to look elsewhere when needed to order 3 more paddles ! You guys rock! Thank you so much for all the way great experience!

Had a really great experience with PadelGo, appreciated that they were a very responsive and helpful team with lots of knowledge and a great selection of products for padel lovers. They also provided flexible local pickup options 👍👍

Best Prices and Unbeatable Service!

I highly recommend Padel Go to anyone looking for a padel racket. Their prices are genuinely the best on the market. Furthermore, the customer service is excellent. Alex is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with all of my questions. This is my third padel racket purchase from them, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Top Notch quality and amazing experience

Customer Service is Above and Beyond

Minor issue with order upon receiving it. Contacted Alex at Padelgo who couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. He went above and beyond what was expected. Will definitely be a return customer. Thank you Alex!

My order was handled very quickly

My order was handled very quickly, and within 24 hours, I received a message informing me that I could pick up my order from the company's location in Markham, Ontario. They can also deliver to your address, but I chose to pick it up. Despite this, they were still nice enough to offer to deliver my package to my address personally, and as a result, I got my package even faster.

Quick and responsive

Order was processed quickly and I was able to pick up the following day. When I had a problem with my order, Alex reached out to help rectify the issue.
