Packfleet Arvostelua

On time delivery and very good service.

The driver was very professional. Our house is hard to find. He delivered to the door and even closed the gate when he left. Fantastic service

Package was left exactly where I asked - out of site!

Top notch service from a provider who really cares and gets it right - regular notifications and especially when traffic situations mean delays and always delivers safely to the door and with a smile! Well done team Packfleet.

The very nice driver waited for someone here to open the door and delivered the parcel personally .
Very much appreciated. Thank you

The road outside my flat closed 20 mins before, because of a football match, tonnes of people walking on street, must have been pretty hectic for driver. 0 complaints, really great job!

Best delivery service. I’ve now had three deliveries from them. Forecasting of delivery time and actual delivery time is very accurate. Tracking works well as do the options if you aren’t going to be in.

First time I heard about this company, I ordered @mylasmoss, delivery was great and on time, so many options if not in with an option not to ring bell!! Driver was informative, let me know eta and super friendly.

Great communication leading up to the delivery which arrived on time. A very polite gentleman delivered my box which was in perfect condition. Very happy customer.

Great communications regards my delivery and nice to have a smiley delivery person who arrive in the time slot .

I cannot fault the service

I appreciated the information and updates on delivery. The agent was patient and helpful in allowing me time to open the communal entry door when the system failed.

Had never heard of them but a company I really like (@BoldBeanCo) uses them and I know they are super customer-focussed - they were right! On time delivery, all safe.

Friendly, helpful delivery driver. Thanks
Delivery arrived during the one hour slot we were given - very useful.
Ability to change date of delivery also useful.

The delivery was not only on time, but the driver arrived even earlier than estimated which was fantastic and meant I wasn't late for work. Many thanks!

I’ve never heard of this company before, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was kept updated about the delivery date and time, and the guy who delivered my parcel was so polite and friendly.
A breath of fresh air compared to some delivery companies. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! Great communication and a friendly driver who brought the package to my door.

Great communication about delivery time

What a delightful young delivery guy! I was informed of a delivery window which was adhered to and had a cold, wet, miserable day brightened by a happy, smiling man who was obviously frozen.

Kept well informed of delivery status , able to see Drivers progress via email/text messages.
Drivers friendly and polite .

The driver delivered within the previously announced timeslot. Everything absolutely smooth. Many thanks!
