The concept is great but I would wait a while for them to figure things out. The sales process was quick even though we had our doubts we went through with the purchase. It seems like as soon as the sale was done we were handed off to a home manager that was simply set up for failure. I would have rather waited than use family time to stay in a home that felt rushed and incomplete.

We are happy to have an opportunity to co-own a fabulous second home for a fraction of a full market price. The purchase process was simple, transparent and fast. Looking forward to our family vacation stays.

This is s fantastic concept that fits our needs perfectly.

2. The amount of days at the property is perfect.
3. The home is something I could not dream of owning on my own.
4. The process from start to finish was a few days.
5. The house manager and sales person were professional and thorough.
6. We will enjoy the property for many, many years to come!

Their contracting process is a mess and although I went through with my purchase they still have not completed the setup for the $2,800,000 house. I was promised that the hot tub would be ready by my first stay. Now with less than a week before my stay they are saying that they have not been able to install it. I would have NEVER bought a ski house without a hot tub.

Our Pacaso home ownership experience has been nothing short of amazing!!! The home is awesome, appointed great and in a fantastic location bay front and 2 blocks from the ocean. We look forward to making memories there for a long time

The whole Pacaso experience was great from start to finish! The thorough explanation and follow up was amazing. From the first phone call to closing it was a stream less easy process. Can not wait to enjoy our vacation home!

All the people contacted in connection with this purchase were courteous and helpful. The documentation through Docusign was disconcerting at first, but facilitated easy completion.

Sales team especially Micah were exceptional, very helpful in explaining the Pacaso model and in dealing with the "waffling' that would come up with each of my family member's concerns. One suggestion on the paperwork side that might help future owners would be to provide an ongoing checklist and or timeline of the status of the signing process. Really easy, streamlined process from start to finish. I bought the Pacaso share for my family but sell real estate for a living, and I wish our typical transactions were as easy as this. Looking forward to our first stay in Palm Springs!

We had a great experience buying our dream vacation home through Pacaso. Every aspect of the buying experience was pleasant, quick, painless and clear. It was the fastest and easiest real estate transaction ever. Highly recommend owning a vacation home through Pacaso - it’s the future of vacation home ownership!

Our experience was good and the staff was very helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 starts is that we had much anxiety when we could not find dates for our new house until we found out that some dates were pre-blocked for new owners. If we had known this prior to closing, it would have caused us much less stress about our purchase. We recommend disclosing this to future owners before closing.

Karl was very helpful and our welcome to our new home was amazing. We do have a few requests for the home, but I’m sure Karl will handle it.

Only critiques:
1. some costs were sprung on us on the end but those were waived
2. Some high season dates are allocated by Pacaso initially and then open again at different interval dates on the app -this was not exactly explained upfront
Again overall Pacaso makes the process easy and we are looking forward to our family vacations

Pacaso is forward thinking. The process is smooth and simple. I am a real estate broker and know how a company could complicate the process and make it unpleasant. Pacaso made it an enjoyable process and experience.

We are pleased with our decision to purchase a unit in a house in Park City. A quality property in all respects, and essentially ski in ski out. We are anticipating year round use for our extended families. The process of investigating the property, the Pacaso approach,and acquiring the membership in the LLC was very quick and smooth. Our only concern is that the process for selecting the weeks is not transparent and there will be difficulty in obtaining days around the Christmas Holidays.

There was an issue at the house with our gas line that compromised our stay, otherwise it would have been a 5-star rating.

Awesome experience! Our property manager, Katie, greeted us with a nice bottle of wine and welcome note. Above and beyond!
