Pacaso Arvostelua

I had a truly fantastic experience with Pacaso from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process.

From the moment I first reached out, the customer service was extraordinary, making me feel like a VIP. They made the entire journey seamless and simple, answering all of my questions with patience and providing straightforward answers as I looked at different homes.

The high quality of their service is a major factor in owning a Pacaso. The transaction was handled with ease, and the Pacaso team did all the heavy lifting to complete the purchase. Knowing that a dedicated Home Manager team provides local support and is reachable and responsive right away gives me great confidence.

I highly recommend Pacaso to anyone looking for a hassle-free, luxury co-ownership experience. They truly deliver a white-glove approach!

Excellent team top to bottom. Very happy.

The share resale process was seamless and simple. Pacaso did all of the heavy lifting and completed the transaction within a matter of days. I am a multiple share owner and continue to be very happy with my purchases through Pacaso.

Amazing Company. I own shares in 2. A game changer concept.

Customer service has been extraordinary. I've felt like a VIP during my entire journey -- which started 2 years ago. Pacaso folks kept in touch, then proactively brought me a compelling opportunity. They've been trustworthy, focused on every detail and their tech is also a notch-above. I'm super happy!!! George D.

I currently hold ownership in two Pacaso properties. In September 2024, I notified Pacaso of my intent to sell the shares I owned.
Despite repeated follow-ups — including multiple attempts to contact their CEO starting in March 2025 — Pacaso was unable to sell either of my shares for many months. Eventually, one share was sold in August 2025, nearly a full year after my initial request.
Unfortunately, the second property has now been on the market for almost a year, with no sale completed.
This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. While Pacaso markets itself as a convenient and flexible way to own and sell shares in properties, my experience has been one of delays, lack of transparency, and pressure tactics that shift risk away from the company and onto owners.
I believe potential owners should be fully aware of these risks before committing.

Everyone was so helpful and it was a positive experience. We would highly recommend Pacaso

Very attentive service at every level--seemed very interested in our specific needs.

We had several informative and productive meetings as well as a property visit, all on short notice. We went from introduction to the Pacaso concept to "closing" in one week, due to the well-informed staff that was incredibly responsive over a holiday weekend - very impressive!

The several people involved in our purchase and introduction were spot on and very helpful. We had a somewhat unusual fund transfer situation at purchase date which was handled very well by staff.

Each Pacaso representative made an effort to respond to where we were in the process, with diligence and patience.

House is beautiful and ready to go. Pacaso People are responsive and professional when needed.

I work in the residential real estate business and have a well functioning team. I would like to think that I know another when I see it and I'd say that the team at Pacaso has exceeded expectations. I would recommend them and use them again if the opportunity arises. Great job!

We appreciate Micha and the way he helped us experience a Pacaso stay first hand before we purchased in Lake Tahoe! We are thrilled and can’t wait for our first stay in the home! All of the team has been exceptional and very professional! Thank you!

Every person we were involved with during our transaction was professional, friendly, well informed and readily available if we had questions. Everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. We were very impressed from start to closing.

Had a great experience with Micha showing us homes and being very open and upfront about everything. Looking forward to the Pacaso experience

Had a great overall experience working with the Pacaso team from start to end of the sales process. The staff was very responsive and communicative throughout.

As a second time buyer of a Pacaso, they continue to impress with how easy they make the whole buying process for us.

Pam Harrington at Kiawah Island was our first encounter and she did an excellent job of introducing us to the concept.

We saw a gorgeous house online at Pacaso. We inquired about the property and got a call back promptly. Our Pacaso agent was in another part of the country, but despite that she flew to the property the next weekend to meet us there. She was helpful, concise, truthful and thoughtful about the property, the price and how Pacaso works. We were delighted with the house and with her work. She has followed through with every element along the way. We are delighted with the service and the new house.
