It's hard to explain, just how bad these cowboys are. I really should have checked beforehand.
Booked an airport transfer in Cluj via Wizzair as my flight arrived in the middle of the night.
Of course like the experience of many others, nobody showed up. Two contact number given, one with an automated message in Romanian, the other in English, asking me to send them an email. Had to take a normal taxi, which was no problem and a fraction of the price that I paid to P-Airbus. A complaint hasn't even been acknowledged 3 weeks later. Why Wizzair is still participating in what is clearly a fraud is beyond. Save yourself money and stress and just get an uber or bolt at the airport.

Wizz Air cancel both my flight, wanted to cancel the airport transfer but they do not refund.
You are forced to take a voucher
Uber in Prague is half the price of what they charge anyway.
3 month before the transfer and they tell me that as a token of appreciation they give me a voucher for the amount I paid (its a joke)

Pongo una estrella proque no se puede poner 0. No se presentaron al aeropuerto de Gdańsk donde nos debian recoger (6 pasajeros). A la 1.30 de la madrugada...que te dejen tirado....en fin. Espero que atiendan mi reclamación...aunque ya doy por perdido el dinero.

Shame there is no 0 star, i booked my transfer all the way in April for tomorrow 22/06 travel , transfer from Malaga to Fuengirolla , i booked it same time as wizzair flight, so i didnt pay specific attention to the company ( i assumed it was wizzair) i had on 12/06 email addressed to passenger and email sounded very generic with no specific, like your your transfer , area out of service, no my name or destinations mentioned in it , so i assime it was a spam or fishing emai and i ignored it , today i went to print ticket and realised that i havent got the actual ticket just a confirmation of my booking , i called them ( which was charged a lot for a call) , and aparently i put denstination which is out of service area? How? i choose destination from pop down menu , i got confirmation as well of the booking and it was from and to the airoport, person who picked up couldnt care less, in order to complain i have to send email only , also in that spam email was about no refund, just credit my account and can use it up to one year time ? which account, even if i would have to walk 1000 mile as no other company would do transfer , I would never use them again. At the end operator just hung up on me. Avoid at all cost , they just a scam !

My ride cancelled few days before departure due to "We regret to inform you that your flight schedule does not align with our bus service." And i been left with nothing. Nobody respond on emails that i sent. And no cash back. Totally not recommended!

We had booked and paid for this service from Krakow to our hotel. We approached the driver and he denied our booking and left without us. Dont use this service, its promoted on Wizz air web page

THESE NEED SHUTTING DOWN

Basically same as everyone else, me and my disabled partner were left standard twice by these. They were not at the air port at all. They were not outside my hotel on the return trip despite they confirmed over the phone during the day when they were coming and the location. They didn't come. They didn't answer their phones.

Very evasive customer service, didn't apologise, refused the refund, lied to me and said they were there, they were not. And they cut off my ticket that I raised so I could no longer reply.

THESE NEED INVESTIGATING ASAP!
I almost missed my flight!

Reserve el traslado del aeropuerto al centro de Milán directamente desde la aplicación de Wizz Air. La empresa (P- air bus) NO me envía ningún correo con los datos del traslado.

Escribo a Wizz y dicen que eso es un servicio contratado con un tercero y no hacen nada. VERGONZOSO.

Viaggio cancellato, biglietto di trasferimento non rimborsato, non prenotate trasferimento con loro.
Una esperienza molto negativa.

I See I’m not only one. I buy ticket with my fly ticket. They didn’t send any info about pick up address, no time tables. After 10 emails, disgusting emails sefvices very poor. They still didn’t answer only send me some links. They send me a ticket after 10 days with no timetables. I asked 10 times and still they don’t give me Name person which send a emails for me. After 5 emails with definitely cancel of my trip with them they try to scared me they refund after 30 days mayby.

Driver hasn’t come. Called him, phone turned off. Customer service refused to issue a refund. Claiming different pick up time was scheduled (1.5 hour after flight was scheduled ). Worst experience ever

Disgusting behaviour from the driver at Belfast International this morning shood my sister away and drove off leaving her and my 5yr old niece who was in her pajamas stranded ..

1)booked the right zone in wizzair page, and paid charges, 2) P-air claimed this is not the right zone; 3) I showed the screenshot of the wizzair listed the city where I wanted to go, 4) they wanted that I should pay more or reject the service; 5) I asked for cancellation and asked my money should be payed back immediately 6) allegedly they informed wizzair and wizzair will pay my fee back within 30 days; lots of mail, call center, wasting time; still I do not know how I will get my money
even they did not say a sorry

Waited over 30 minutes for pick up on my arrival, then on my return to the airport the driver didn't even show up, had to pay for a taxi, terrible service, use someone more reliable

I booked a holiday in Benidorm in March and Expedia directed me to P-Airbus who advertised a 24 hour airport transfer. A week before departing, P-Airbus emailed me to say that they did not operate after 10:00 p.m. and I could claim a refund. I have made three attempts at this. The first two were requests and only generated an automatic response saying that it would be processed "as soon as possible", while the last was raised as a complaint and redirected me to another site, PlusAirsolutions, who knew nothing about this. They suggested I take the matter to Expedia, which I will do, but meanwhile DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

Transfer a Tenerife. Ho aspettato 1 ora che arrivasse il transfer. In realtà era un pulman quasi di linea. Altra mezzora per aspettare che si riempisse. Alla fine ho preso un taxi e ho speso uguale. 30€. Fragatura colossale

We order the transfer with p air from London Luton to London. We arrived at the airport at 1 am in the night, the bus was supposed to arrive at 1:20 am, so we ran to the bus stop, but when we got there, there was just a small piece of paper with info that the next bus will arrive at 4:05 am... we didnt want to wait for 3 hours, so booked National Express which is a way better option. Very shady carrier. Never again.

Do not use this company...I had booked a transfer from Bucharest to airport...I paid and the driver didn't respond to the phone at all...I had to use the cab... they are terrible disgusting and shameless company ever

I ordered transfer in Belgrade from the city to Airport.
They took money from my card (firstly money were pending but then transaction was done) and then sent me e-mail that my order is rejected.

I sent a lot of requests about that on their services. No money were returned.
Looks as scam.

ESTAFA PERMITIDA POR WIZZAIR. Pagué por el Transfer aeropuerto -centro ida y vuelta, y ni me recogieron, ni me llevaron. No funciona mail de reclamaciones ni responden quejas. Espero que la gente pueda leer las opiniones antes de contratar nada con ellos
