Negative? There's been a postal mistake or two, or a product mixup.
The positive is that (in my experience) the replies have been quick, helpful and most importantly sorted the issue pretty quickly. I will definitely order from them again.

I have tried CBD oil from 2 other companies for treating my dog and since I purchased this oil my dog’s symptoms have regressed. I am now regretting the purchase of this oil. I was concerned when I first used it as it was clear unlike the other CBD oils I have used.

Thank for you feedback and sorry if medium oil strength didn't do anything for you.
However I would suggest to try CBD oil - Strong if medium didn't work as expected. Strong strength has more than double the amount of CBD and few of our customers who have tried strong after using medium told us they have felt the difference.

I tried the oil to help with worsening knee arthritis it didn’t do a lot but it did help me sleep better

I have tried CBD oil in the past but so far found this one to be the best. I ordered Mild in the past that didn't work for me. So I contacted Ozzy Hemp and they recommended me to buy Medium Strength and I'm seeing it's working and helping me with my pain relief and I can sleep well too.
