Just to add to other reviews. Ozerty seems to add a sustainability payment after cc details already sent.
Then three months later $59.99 taken from cc without communication (bank suggested I missed a note in the fine print that says I signed up for a subscription although I read the details fairly thoroughly). Have had to cancel credit card and start dispute procedings with the bank. Tiresome and annoying. Stay well clear of this rogue company.

The company stated the cost was $13.49 but then charged my credit card account $43.44. When I queried the additional cost of $29.95 they said it was for their services. There were no services provided!!
How can they get away with this dishonesty.

Not happy with the niacinamide toothpaste I bought from there, I paid $30 for it and it's nothing like what it says ,

My credit card was fraudlently debited $59.99. I had purchased a substandard product in April, and now they have debited my credit card. I have cancelled it at the bank, but it has caused huge inconvenience, as my card has had t be cancelled, and I have several personal ad business subscriptions that come out, and I will need to re-load.

Bought a gyrosphere for Grandsons birthday, Very filmsy packaging and box was damaged when parcel arrived. The remote control also doesn't work. Charged up the ball which is supposed to hover, it doesn't just spins along the ground and it only lasts about 5 minutes before it needs to be charged again. I was also charged a $45.00 eco charge plus a mystery $10.00 charge and the $36.00 toy now cost me $90.00.This company is a rip off, Do Not Buy From Them.

Additional items added along with additional charges, single item $25 but recieved 4 and shipping totalling $125. Contacted immediately and told that it was already dispatched, once arrived the item didn't function as advertised. Return was an address in China and shipping was $80, realised it was a scam and would not get any refund. So I took the hit and sent the items to the dump.

Warning. !!!! Hidden cost which I complained and couldn't refund, saying it was already dispatched. That was also BULL because my package arrived after 20 days. Put the words out about this scam so called company.

This is a terrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I bought an item for $NZ24.00 and was charged another $33.00 service fee without my knowledge.
This is a scam....

It was cheaper than similar ones on other sites, and the light has multiple modes. Arrived in under a week. Great value!

I bought an item for $20 and had an extra $30 (eco fee, that was no where before mentioned) leave my bank account. I tried to contact them immediately and they said it couldn’t be cancelled but that I could send it back and get a refund. Two weeks later I asked what the status of my delivery was, and they told me it had been delivered six days ago, which it hasn’t.
It’s a scam.

Absolutely dishonest! Charged extra $30.00 after card details were added. Emailed immediately to request money back into my account. Waiting to hear back.

I bought an item for $10.98. The total price on the transaction page was $10.98, but they charged an additional $30 'eco charge' - unless you bought $45 worth of other products. This info is not shown anywhere until after you give your credit card details, when it's too late.

Don't go near these guys they are a bunch of scammers. I thought I was making a simple purchase of a milk fizzer for $41.49 seemed reasonable. By the time they added an extra fizzer for "free" which I don't want and can't return the total they billed to me was $115.41! It also bore no relationto what I was shown as the on screen purchase price.

Scammers! Beware, all their efforts go into trickery so there is quite a lot of veneer.

Stay away from this company!

Firstly, I never got a chance to review and complete my order, when I realised the $21.50 product was coming from overseas I left the website and bought locally. Next morning $51.50 has been taken from my card, this included a $30 eco charge

Contacted customer service and, despite telling them repeatedly I never pushed “complete order” or “pay now” they kept going on about the eco charge which I would have seen before completed my order. Yes, I did see it but I never completed the order! They are now telling me if I want to return it I will have to send it to China, their website says returns go to Christchurch. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!

I bought an item for $12, total price on transaction page for $12, but they actually charged an additional $30 'eco charge' that is not shown anywhere in the transaction process.

Really unhappy I ordered one thing that was $13 and they charged $57 for service charges. Disgusting

Don’t touch this company. It is a scam. Charged extra $30 on a $15 purchase. Nothing in the checkout about it. Only shows up AFTER the cc number and details are inputted. Stay away.

I bought the under-shelf storage (extra shelf in the closet) and it works well, just the installation is a bit tricky. but overall it's okay

What the hell... they charged a service fee that I didn't see until I checked the emails! Tgat fee was almost twice the value of what I ordered. People on here say check reviews but I saw a 4.8 star rating.. where did that come from? Won't be using them again for sure.
