Ordered "Premium Leather Orthopaedic Boots" for my wife & received crap Vinyl non-orthopaedic rubbish that she can't wear !
Also, advertised as "Australian Made", but they are made in China !
Their contact details don't work, so I lodged a claim through PayPal.
We received a full refund through PayPal !

Charged more than the advertised price without being told. My boots arrived and were not authentic and terrible cheap quality.
The contact email they give you is non existent!! There is no where to complain or return or anything!
However I have now progressed my complaint to consumer protection affiliates.
Save your time and money I highly recommended going elsewhere. Definite scam.
I am also writing a very negative review. I was sucked into believing this was a legit Perth business. I ordered two pairs of shoes and used there sizing guide to very accurately measure my foot and the shoes are too small! I ordered a jacket and it is crap! I also have tried emailing two different email addresses but now I am getting a non deliverable message stating the email doesn't exist. This is a total scam and a complete waste of my money.
I haven't given up, I still am trying to return thx products but I'm not hopeful.

Oz-Chic website is a TOTAL SCAM. Poor (very bad) china quality. NOT AN AUSSIE COMPANY. They claimed free return within 30 days by sending emails to “c**tact@ozchic.*** (as what written on the website) BUT the email address was NON-EXISTENT. I have sent email to the support@ozchic.*** , no reply. This is a new scam tactic where they give you cheap $2 product for $60 then make you keep it
I can’t give less than one star. My order was a complete disaster — cheap, poor-quality fabric, a low-grade print, ugly colours, and an overall bad design. The dress looked nothing like the photos or the description. Please be aware that the product images are not realistic at all.
The company advertised as being based in Perth, Australia. The two dresses I bought were described and advertised as being made from Linen. The product finally arrived and they were made in China, poor quality and made from polyester! Even had mayerial tags on stating it's 100% polyester! No phone number to call. Only one working email. They did respond to my email to return items, however needed to write 7 emails to get a return shipping address. They tried everything to get me to keep items and not return it to China. I do not know if I will get my money back. Do not buy from them!
