Do not even by mistake fall into the trap of Oye Turtle's false claims, otherwise you will have such a bad experience with them that you will start hating the word interior itself. If you want to check their genuine reviews, then look only at the one-star reviews on their Google profile — those are the real ones.

Very bad service
They don’t have efficient team to complete the project.
They only try to loot your hard earned money.
They always give you false promises.

I am writing this review to share a deeply troubling experience my family has had with Oye Turtle, an interior design company, and its representatives, Amit Bansal and Vivek Asthana.

My wife and I, a young couple, recently bought a home in Faridabad and engaged Oye Turtle for its renovation, influenced by their Instagram advertisements. We started the process in January, paying a significant advance, with the hope of moving into our newly renovated home by April for our daughter’s new school’s session.

However, the project has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying over 98% of the contract’s value, the work remains incomplete after more than six months. The owner, Amit Bansal, and his partner, Vivek Asthana, have shown a shocking lack of professionalism and commitment. Initially, Amit promised to personally oversee the project but then stopped taking our calls and never visited the site.

The design and carpenter teams repeatedly recalculated the project costs, each time increasing the estimate by 25% and then another 15%, blaming it on previous miscalculations/ people who have left the organization. We reluctantly agreed to these hikes, only to face further delays and demands for additional payments. Our attempts to communicate through their WhatsApp group were ignored, and both Amit and Vivek avoided our calls.

In a particularly distressing conversation, Vivek Asthana stated that Oye Turtle is not a servant of the clients and can do whatever they want. Despite Amit Bansal's repeated promises and personal assurances, there has been no commitment to a completion date.

The continuous delays and harassment forced my wife to move to her parents' home with our daughter to ensure her studies were not affected. Our 1.5-year-old son has been staying with our parents to avoid any injury from the ongoing work. We lived in a single room (of a 4 BHK apartment) in the incomplete house for more than 15 days, still waiting for Oye Turtle to honor their commitments.

This situation has caused immense stress and disruption to our lives. I urge the everyone to be cautious and avoid similar experiences with Oye Turtle.

This is absolutely a bunch of cheaters ,i had a recent experience with them , their focus is just to take your advance somehow by doing false commitments and to put you under trap and after taking the advance there will be a complete shift and if you dont agree and want to get the advance money back they will never return your money .
taking 40%-50% advance is a complete trap never get in to that else you will regret .

written signed quotation does not hold any value to them .
They are very smart in manipulating the things and at the end after fedding up from them you will think better to loose the money than to argue with them .

all in all guys be ware and i dont recommend them to anyone .
