My rental experience with Oxygens has been fantastic. Delivery and installation was efficient, Alex was very professional and put me at ease with what was a new technology for me. I was up and running using on my own from the get-go. There is a technical line for questions and responses are super quick. All documentation and terms are clear. I highly recommend Oxygens for MHBOT.

Outstanding service from this incredibly caring and efficient company. They are always on hand for advice, I have had such a great experience with them. Also, these oxygen units REALLY DO WORK! My recovery time from surgery was cut in half - incredible! Even my surgeon said he noticed the difference in the speed of my recovery! Do not hesitate to use Oxygens - you will not be disappointed!

From initial contact until delivery and installation the customer service was excellent. Regular comms and a first class installation and training from Alex! A year ago I was taken into hospital in emergency care with heart attack symptoms, no feeling in the hands and feet, severe pain throughout the nervous system, autoimmune collapse (multiple complications) thyroid and diabetes out of control. The hospitals did lots of blood tests, MRI, scans etc and after speaking with multiple consultants they said that it was a problem with my thyroid.

After months of struggle I was fortunate to find a private thyroid doctor who diagnosed me with severe Lyme disease and three co-infections - confirmed by tests in America. He put me on several strong antibiotics, several supplements and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for 6-12months - the oxygen has been transformative.

I was very cold most of the time with dizziness and sickness - vommiting at night. I found oxygens.co.uk as I searched for a place to hire a HBOT chamber, which I did for 6 months. Dr Sarah at Oxygens was incredibly helpful guiding me through what might work best for me and answering lots of questions. The installation of the chamber at my house and explanation for how to use the HBOT chamber were clear and easy to follow.

After two weeks of HBOT the vommiting stopped and I started to feel better. It was amazing. Many of the symptoms started to subside. I’m still recovering but making progress. Oxygens has been instrumental to helping me move forward. Tim has been great and if I have a question the response time is quick. Very kind people.

We just had a 1.5ATM, soft shell, lie down chamber with an internal screen installed to help in the treatment of the Late Stage Lyme I am battling. The chamber arrived yesterday with Alex who installed it and trained us on how to use it.

Being very ill with Lyme, Co-infections and Mast Cell Activation I cannot travel or socially mix, I could not try a chamber in a clinical setting and have limited energy to research and read. This makes buying anything hard work.

I have to say that the whole team have gone above and beyond to help us, from Tim doing a zoom call to show us inside the chambers, to Sarah answering our stream of questions, to Alex being so patient, attentive, kind and giving us the confidence to get on and start using it.

We crowdfunded for this chamber so the responsibility to not ‘get it wrong’ has been huge. I am so pleased we chose Oxygens and will be keeping this chamber!

I hired a chamber from Oxygens with their hire scheme last week. Their offer is the most competitive on the market, they offer minimum 2 months rentals compared to others (you can extend for as much as you need). They are also flexible in case you decide to try first and purchase later, and deduct up to 6 months of your chamber rents from the final price.
The communication has been very good, you will have to push from your end a little as they are quite popular and busy. It took me about 3 weeks to get the chamber delivered and installed, but I'm sure they could deliver sooner if necessary (make sure to tell them what are your timing expectations).
The delivery, installation and their knowledge in this space is quite high, so don't hesitate to ask when in doubt.
Overall I am very satisfied, been using the chamber twice a day for almost a week and I can already feel some benefits for managing ADHD and overall wellbeing. Once decided that this therapy is for you don't hesitate to give Oxygens a call as they're very good.
