Oxford and Rose Arvostelua 

The flowers looked great. I was worried having seen negative reviews but these were lovely and great value.

Wonderfully easy to order a beautiful bouquet. Super to have the choice of 3 sizes/costs. We went for the medium 'Warm Hug' and the recipient said they were stunning and filled 2 vases! Will definitely use Oxford &Rose again to send loved ones special flowers.

I sent flowers to a close friend on the 1st Anniversary of their mothers death, she said they cheered her up on a sad day and they were beautiful

The blooms ate always beautiful, fresh and last. Great online ordering system. And excellent customer care feedback.

I am incredibly disappointed with both the product and the company's complete lack of customer support.

Missing Stems: The bouquet delivered last Friday was supposed to have 11 stems but only contained eight.

Poor quality: Despite being put in water immediately, many stems failed to open or soon were already dying.

Terrible Value: Even at the reduced price combining the 50% “member” discount and "sale" because they’d allegedly over ordered peonies the price of £18 (let alone the alleged £48 full price), was is extremely poor value. Marks & Spencer almost sells identical bunches for £6, and Lidl for £6.99.

Ignored by Support: I emailed customer service on 17th June regarding these issues (including sending photos). As at 30 June, I have still not received a single response nor a response to this review left over a week ago.

Overall: The product is low quality, the original pricing feels misleading, and the customer service is non-existent.

Beautiful bouquet. I ordered these for my dad on Father's Day. They were delivered with care and on time and were of great quality.

The order process was easy. The bouquet that I ordered had a low supply of one oof the flowers so they confirmed with me and swapped out to a different colour. The packaging and arrangement on arrival was fantastic. My partner was very pleased with the flowers!

The service and professionalism of the company is great, they respond with speed and are very friendly and were quick to support me with my query. I had the pleasure of dealing with a lady called Bronwin who was really helpful and ensured my friend got the beautiful Peonies she deserved!

Dreadful order of broken flowers and dying flowers. Sent to me to think of me on the day of my father’s funeral. I don’t have the heart to say how bad they were. Ordered from Scotland to England. Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible…bought some peonies (20 stems)- only 12 arrived, and over half of them dead.
These were bought for my mum.who is in hash chemo..supposed to cheer her up..but arrived over half of them wilted and dead..
Customer service very poor..wont be using again at all..rather go with John Lewis flowers!
AI customer service is diabolical btw..
Update- refund received..but only after 12 emails with their AI customer service bot..

Flowers didn’t arrive! Unable to speak to anyone at Oxford and Rose, so am having to email and live chat. Not getting anywhere with either! It’s been over a week, no flowers and out of pocket!

Flowers always of great value & excellent quality

Terrible. The delivery never arrived. For 4 days both sender and receiver had multiple emails saying, your flowers have been delivered (they had not). Finally an email said Returned to Sender. No reason given. They did not reply at all to email and it took 30 minutes in the live chat to have them acknowledge no flowers had been delivered. And now it will take another "3 to 5 days" for a refund. What rubbish. Don't bother.

Excellent customer service when I had an issue with an online voucher. Team went above and beyond to fix it.

Such poor quality! You can get better flowers at a supermarket. They count random greenery as flower stems, so the bouquet is much smaller than advertised. The flowers were incredibly small, arrived completely dry with no water and started looking wilted and dying just two days after delivery. I complained immediately after receiving them and they basically said that’s just how they do business.
