I love it!
I love the app! it’s easy to follow and the variations in workouts are great. I also love that it has recipes to follow as well. I’ve been following these workouts for a few months and I feel great!

Love the workouts
Love the workouts, really nice programming and many opportunities. You can see the video instructions, follow your progress and change exercises in each individual workout.
After the last update, I have to end the workout 2x, first you end it and I can see the statistics but it still stays open in the background and I need to resume and end it the second time, which is bit annoying.

Very functional app with many programs.
I really love the app and the workouts! It’s nice to have the little clips of the exercise and the explenations about how to train in the programs.
I would love to be able to select a program as current and still read others without them being selected as current program. Also would love to look in to my completed workouts to see the weights etc without me having to start the workout.
But I am very very happy with the app.

You can read about other guides and not choose them as your current guide. If you go to the workout library, choose the guide your interested in and press "description".
If you go to the progress button and choose "history" you can see the weights and progress in each guide you've done.

I truly LOVE this app so much! I did the 8 week program of lower body sculpt and man was that a killer one but so good for me to change things up! Hanna is an amazing beautiful lady and I just adore her and she’s super strong! I highly recommend her app if you’re new to the gym or have been in the fitness industry for a long time and just want changes up like me. She has everything you can think of and I love that.

Ownu - a better workout
Ownu app really helps me find a good balance of exercises and keeps my motivation going. There is really something for everyone, beginner to advanced. For those who want to work out all days during the week to only two to three. Easy to keep track of your workouts and make notes of weights etc.

Love the own u app! There are so many challenges available but sometimes when I want to switch it up and target other areas I can to the workout library and pick whatever I want. I love that I can track my weight and progress, it makes prepping for each exercise easier. Love!

First off!!!
First off, I found Hannah during Covid and started following her workouts long before ownu. She was the main reason I was determined to get back into my health and fitness. When she came out with the ownu app I knew I had to have it. Ownu has played a major roll in my health and fitness the last four years, I refuse to use any other app. Real results, real support, and not to mention the amazing ownu fit active wear to go along with the workouts! I can’t recommend ownu enough. 🫶🏼

Väldigt nöjd, 5/5 🌟
Som relativt ny på gymmet är jag väldigt nöjd med guiderna som finns i appen och tycker det är väldigt bra och smidigt att man enkelt kan byta ut en övning om den inte passar/gymmet ej har maskinen/maskinen är upptagen. Det är bra och tydliga instruktioner och många olika guider för olika ändamål och fokus! Har även provat några av recepten och dessa har varit toppen. Kommer fortsätta med OWNU ett bra tag framöver och är mer än nöjd!!

Superbra app med massor av övningar, träningsscheman och recept! Har följt Hanna sen hon lade upp träningstips på youtube och de senaste åren har jag använt mig av appen. Hon har hjälpt mig väldigt mycket under åren med min egna träningsresa, sen även med kost och det mentala kring alltihop. Awesome workouts
Awesome workouts. Able to find plans that fit my schedule and my goals since there is a variety of plans. Love how they have it set up to filter and also great for tracking progress. Easy and user friendly. Great for all levels of fitness!
