Partially refunded my order as they apparently didn’t actually stock items I’d selected. 3 1/2 weeks later I had no further updates or shipping info, so contacted them asking to cancel and refund. Received a response that the had already initiated a cancellation (without informing me) and a refund was processing, a refund which I am still yet to receive.
A month after ordering, no sign of my package. Customer service said 9-14 days shipping and it's been double that. Ships from China though it says Illinois on the site.
Never received my order. Tracking showed was returned to shipper. Reached out and they said they would send new order and shipment tracking, which they never did. They are no longer replying to my email requests for update or refund. They were quick to reply to my initial email when I emailed tracking showed an issue, but beyond that they will not reply.
I never received my package (lost in the mail), so I reached out to their customer service. They responded, but just said they are sending it to their “logistics team” and that I need to wait to hear back from them. It has been over a month since I placed my order and over 2 weeks since I contacted their support team. I have had to reach back out multiple times to request an update and was told I need to continue to wait for the team to take a look. I have requested a refund if they are not going to send the products I ordered and they are not responding. Very frustrating! Just want to get what I paid for or get my money back.
I ordered their sunglasses on August 13th. Today is August 30th and I haven’t even got a shipping notice as of yet. My payment was taken on my credit card the day of my order though. This may be a scam. I sent an email to customer service. If I don’t get a response by tomorrow I will ask my credit card company to do a charge back.
