Owners Accommodation is an Unethical Business and a Scam.
Ripped off of over $2,000.00. Company requires an upfront investment and states that they will rent any unused weeks of your timeshare. They guarantee at a minimum you can at least make enough money to exceed the initial upfront investment plus additional revenue to help compensate from the rising annual timeshare maintenance dues. Do not do sign up with this company as it is a scam. They may return your e-mails initially acting like they are working on your behalf but then are never able to produce any valid offers and once you sign up, they will not refund your money even if they do not rent those weeks out for you. My only advice is stay clear from them especially if you reside outside the state of Florida as they prey on people living in other states because they know it makes it hard for individuals to pursue legal actions from a distance. You are much better off trying to rent the unused weeks yourself or just let them expire rather than pay these additional monies. Another timeshare scam out there to rip people off of more money even after you probably already feel ripped off from your initial timeshare purchase. I have been trying to obtain valid offers from them for over 2 years. STAY AWAY and SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
