Customer service is bad,
Can not login into via 2FA, and they do not support remove 2FA

i had a problem with validating my order, and tried to contact ovh support but it takes so long to give any updates about that. After that i tried to contacted Daphne via whatsapp asking about how long to validate my order, in just 15 min they’re preparing my order. Thanks to Daphne.

I am grateful to OVH account manager Daphne for all the support given to me, she resolved my issues very quickly.

OVHcloud has been providing me and my gaming community exceptional services when it comes to their dedicated game servers. I have never had any issues with the server at all and have always had prompt technical support when required. I hope for more technical manuals however, because my team had to manage the server entirely on our own for our games, and we were no experts when it came to server management.

OVHcloud Singapore's sales team is on another level. Jennifer, was my POC in the past, and now Darren is managing my account. Both handled my queries with great professionalism and Darren was able to handle even some general knowledge questions for the games I host. I have never had better sales support from any other company.

OVH has been providing us with good service at adequate and flexible pricing. We have had no real issues with any of our servers in their Datacenters, and the time we had one it was solved quickly by the support team. Daphne is attentive and helpful.

OVHcloud Singapore - Asia is horrible. Avoid them at all costs. Their customer service is the worst. They are untrustworthy and will only cause you problems.

Customer service is really good. Ordered a dedicated server from OVHcloud and I got it on the next day. Delivery is really fast. I gave them a call for enquiry and ever since then darren answered all of the question that I have regarding the dedicated server. Darren is really friendly and helpful. Everything works out really well with his help. I'm really happy with the service.
