First of all there was a huge difference between what i saw and what i got the colour wasn’t the same, the quality wasn’t the same. Secondly they had shown in the picture that the backpack has alot of different compartments and i asked them if the backpack really had them and they said yes sir it has the compartments shown in the picture. Thirdly they had promised to give essentials with the backpack and on asking them about it they again said yes you will get essentials with the backpack and expectedly I didn’t get them too. Their service is sh3t. Their quality is sh3t. When i told them that i didn’t get any essentials or there are no such compartments in the backpack as shown in the picture, they are not taking any responsibility for it. Never going to buy anything from them again.

This is a complete Scam and they show something else on image and send complete different product . Upon asking for return they do not respond.

Quality is good but it is not same as shown in pictures i ordered s11 black but it is red from inside and looks so ugly

I am disappointed by the quality of backpack overtop is providing . They are giving worst quality. And the picture showing at there website is fake . I will lodge a complain under the cyber crime law and block there website . This bag is same as garbage bag

I was sadly scammed by the Overtop. Unfortunately, after placing an order i found all in all negative reviews about the bag. I usually don't shop online because of the scammers. But if you're reading this then I urge not to order anything from Overtop as the picture they'd show you will not be the same product which you ordered.

They just sent me the completely different product of what i ordered... Now they are not picking up the calls... And they blocked me from Whatsapp coz i was messaging them... Please BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS...

Very disappointing. The bag quality is extremely poor and nothing like what’s shown in the ads. There’s no way to contact the seller, and they've disabled comments on their social media pages, which feels quite shady.

Third class quality… they are just scamming people. They shows different pics and we received different materials bags. I think its just 500 ruppee bag not more than that and they are charging 2000.

Not good at all the bag quality is very low nothing like they show on the adds and there is no way to contact them and you cant even comment on their social media pages

I ordered a bag from them and when I received it, the quality was not good at all. I told them at that moment that I wanted to return it, and their response was, "Okay, I will forward your complaint," which was an excuse. After that, they are ignoring my messages and not responding at all.

Firstly, there are no extra bags i received in my order. Secondly, this is by far the worst quality i have seen in the bags. There are backpacks and they are lighter than handbags. Stitching is not good and the outer layer will not stand longer. First time i feel like i got robbed online. If you want to be scammed, you are welcome to Overtop
