Outway Arvostelua 

Had ordered socks on April 23th and they never came. This was not OUTWAY’s fault but the delivery carrier Dragonfly ( they are really bad) that did not bother delivering them. I let OUTWAY know the socks did not arrive and after a few exchange with their AI Assistant ( not a fun of AI at all as it was telling to wait two more days on two different occasions) and the Andrew (a real human)came to my rescue!! He put an order out for delivery and gave me updates on delivery times. I did receive the second order on May 13th and it was a pleasure to deal with Andrew and Maria. Love the socks and have ordered several pairs over the years. I recommended to Outway to change carrier as Dragonfly has really bad reviews in my area and is not a trustworthy company…

Spent $115 on socks, the delivery partner they use “go bolt” refused to buzz into the apartment building and put them in the mail room, or the parcel locker. They left the package outside. I went downstairs after being told by delivery driver that he won’t be buzzing in. Package was stolen within 2 minutes.

Put $115, nothing to show for it. Will never order again.

Update: despite sending Outway a photo of the delivery confirmation this order “is marked as in transit and not delivered” I was asked to check tracking information again. Tracking information shows as delivered.

Update2: Outway reached out and sent a replacement order out. Still using gobolt. Hopefully I receive it this time. I appreciate the customer service still need to find a new delivery partner.

I have been buying Outway socks for years and love them. I most recently bought some of their lighter weight ones which developed holes when worn.

I sent them a note on their website and could not be more pleased with their response, which was prompt, personalized, and helpful - all one could ask for in a situation like this.

They replaced the socks within 2 days and followed up to make sure they were received and that they were to my satisfaction.

They stand by their product and deliver exceptional service.

I love the sock’s very confortable and so unique. Very please.

The service was quick & efficient! I was extremely impressed with the customer service. I had ordered 4 pair of socks and had also ordered the Mystery socks. The system added an additional the Mystery item Free to my invoice making it look like I should have received 6 items. When I contacted customer service, they responded very quickly and explained what had happened. I understood and was ok with that but because the Mystery socks came in the same pattern as another pair I had ordered (which is against the spirit of Outway), I was sent another pair for Free in a different design. I have never experienced such quick & thorough customer service. I love the socks! They are comfortable, don’t slip around in your shoes, wash beautifully & look great.

J’adore cette marque de bas . En premier se sont les dessins qui mon attirer mais aujourd’hui en plus d’avoir les plus beaux graphique je sais qui on aussi la meilleur qualité et confort . Je l’ai porte chaque jours autant pour le travail que pour le sport . Les bas respire beaucoup et tienne très bien en place . Fini les bas qui descendent car tu va courir .
Il offre un super service très rapide , amical et courtois . J’ai fait faire une commande specialiser par l’équipe et le service était numéro 1 et professionnel. Merci beaucoup et chapeau à l’entreprise

Customer service was great - once a human got involved.

My order seemed to be taking forever and when I contacted Outway, "Bob" the AI bot responded, letting me know the order was on its way. After another two weeks went by and I reached out again, they were quick to address the issue. Turns out, USPS lost my order and within a couple of days of my reaching out, they had dispatched a replacement order, did not charge me and even apologized for the experience (something most companies don't do).

I have only had the socks for a few days but so far, so good. Fun designs and the fit is good. We'll see how they wear but no complaints at all.

I originally gave this review a 1 star. (See original below- that is unedited). However, afterwards customer service contacted me and they were VERY sympathetic and really wanted to learn more of why I had the issues I did. (This edit was not in anyway prompted by customer service, this is my real feelings after having spoken with the company). Comfort is very subjective, the styles I chose just didn’t work for me.

These socks are AWFUL. The athletic socks handle sweat terribly, definitely not made for feet that run hot. The crew length merino socks are SO uncomfortable where the sewn in logo is. I can’t stand the feel of a sewn seem rubbing on the back of my calf all day, it’s horrid. Also not great for moisture, my smartwool socks are 1000x better. I’m so disappointed I bought these for the price they are.

Amazing service, I did a mistake with my order and the team helped me fix this Even if it was my fault. Best service I’ve received in a long time. And the socks are amazing, very good quality and super vingt for running. Also really nice design. 100% satisfied!

J'ai reçu une mauvaise commande. Le service à la clientèle exceptionnel a retourné ma commande dans un délai de moins de 2 jours, tout à fait gratuitement et je n'ai pas eu à me soucier de retourner la commande erronée. Outway me l'a offerte gratuitement. Je vous recommande fortement ces produits, tant pour leur qualité que suite à mon expérience avec leur service à la clientèle.

I love the designs. They're so much fun, a super colorful addition to my running gear. I keep ordering more and more of them. Love the crew version, light weight. Great experience with their support team.

I had an issue with one of my compression socks. I reached out through their automated agent. Shortly after, Maria from Customer service followed up and immediately arranged a replacement. The process was quick, and genuinely outstanding. The socks themselves are great, and with service like this, I’ll definitely be returning for my next pair.

They immediately contacted me regarding a comment I had about durability of the stitching on a new pair I had recently ordered - offered full replacement and checked back in regarding service. 2nd time I’ve worked with their customer service team and they’re always pleasant, professional and prompt.

I ordered three different types of socks. I love the compression socks. As a multi-sport athlete, I highly recommend these socks for recovery. They are comfortable with just the right amount of compression. When I ordered the wrong size of ankle socks (I recommend sizing down if you're on the smaller end of the sizing chart or have narrow feet for non-compression styles), the customer service team was amazing. They helped me get the right-sized sock and checked in with me every step of the way. They replaced the socks that were too big and were very friendly! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be buying more compression socks!

Solid company with quality products. Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a lost order in shipping and Their customer service dealt with it promptly. Love their socks and highly recommend them !

Received the socks and they were too small although I based myself on the sizing chart. Sent out an email to customer service because I couldn't go through with an exchange directly on their website. The people from Outway who I talked to were awesome and resolved my issue very quickly. I had the new socks on my feet within a week. Definitely recommend.
