I had an issue with my order that was caused by my error. When i contacted Outway customer service, they went out of their way to make it right. So impressed with how they handled it - i am a very happy customer and recommend this company!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Andrew at Outway Customer Service. He went above and beyond to help me with my order — and I truly mean above and beyond. My situation was complicated, involving multiple changes to the shipping address, product selections, and even the destination country, yet Andrew handled everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.

He spent hours making sure every detail was correct and never once made the process feel rushed or inconvenient. It’s rare to find customer service this dedicated and I’m incredibly grateful. Andrew was simply the best and I can’t thank him enough for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience.

My first time ordering from OUTWAY didn’t go well, the socks were not for me and I left a review that wasn’t very positive. I’d like to revise that. The company reached out to me and not only were theyvsuper understanding, but they made it right. Very impressed with their great customer service and support.

I recently posted a review that was not positive. I would like to update - the follow up from Outway and customer service has been impressive. I appreciate their follow up. Clearly this company listens and cares about their customer experience.

Still got my original socks from three years ago and all those since then. All excellent quality, comfortable to wear and interesting patterns for all tastes. They release new patterns monthly. Good pricing also. They also have sales on a regular basis to make room for new products. My only running socks & I run 60 to 100 km a week. Check them out!

They get 5 stars for their customer service and product quality. I'm a wee bit less confident in their sizing chart. I ordered three pairs of merino socks and three pairs of their athletic socks, sized according to their sizing chart. The merino socks were great but the athletic socks were too small so I had to return them for a no hassle exchange. I did write a review of my experience and within a day was contacted directly by Outway customer service. They apologies for the sizing issue and said they would review the chart. The replacement socks arrived within days. I liked them so much, I ordered another three pairs a week later...but a size larger than their sizing chart recommended. They fit perfectly.

I don't wear any other brand anymore! Very comfortable, durable at a very competitive price. The selection of patterns and colors is also impressive!

I have purchased quite a few socks from Outway and am pleased to say that they are exactly as advertised.
They stay up, don't get all sweaty. They have great colors and designs.
I have dealt with their Customer Service department and am happy to say that they are outstanding. They go out of their way to make sure your experience with the product and the purchase is as good as they can make it. Many companies could take a lesson from them. You can shop with confidence that all will go well.
This is a 5star company and I proud to say that they are CANADIAN.

My favourite socks! Am at the point the closest is converted to only outway. Hiking, workouts, and day to day they are always comfy, keep my feet dry, and look amazing.

The after sale service is simply the best, socks are great but when you have a problem with you're item a few months after buying, and you simply ask a question by mail, I was taking care of and they wanted to know and propose option for me. Really awesome company

Best socks in the world for running and everyday life. The colors are beautiful and stay beautiful after washing, they help us stay dry, they breathe well, I'd like to wear them every day. They come in several lengths/heights, and they come out with new designs several times a year. I still wear the ones I bought several years ago! They're incredibly beautiful, and have all the technical qualities you'd expect.

Outway socks are amazing. Great patterns and basics. They last a long time and they are perfect for any activity

Best knee high compression socks! Working in a hospital, those are leg savers! And no compromise about the look 🤩.
I have been using it every work day for 3 years now, and they look like new.

I love these socks! They're my fave running socks, the patterns are so fun & they wick sweat well. I can run through puddles or hot days without feeling stinky. They dry pretty quickly as well.
I did have to sew the big toe area for a few but it was after a lot of use and it happens with all of my socks so not a deal breaker at all 😊
More mountains and dog-themed socks please (maybe a BC? It would be my dream socks)!!

Literally my favourite socks ever! I have been wearing them for years and have many family and friends hooked on them too! They are comfortable and so stylish!

Outway has amazing patterns, uses high quality materials and great customer service. I know when I have Outway socks on i have socks that can handle the toughest of workouts and will have the coolest socks in the gym/team!
