Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the mix-up with your order. You ordered the 4ft bench with backrest, but the version sent out was missing the backrest.
As soon as you let us know, we shipped out the correct bench right away (delivered via FedEx) and asked you to keep the original one at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.

Benches are good, but one is missing a component and I cannot contact customer service about it, no response from them.
