I learned about outsource via an online reference and decided to give it a try. I needed three favicons and posted the request. Immediately, several graphic artist responded. One was hired in and a day, I had the results. I like the ease of use for the system and the results I received.

My first attempt with a freelancer, started smooth but ended in disaster. The contract was cancelled in the middle of the project with advancement of retainer. Two months have passed and I have not been reimbursed by the freelancer of $350.00.

Second attempt with a freelancer is going well. But billing is odd. The quote was for $750.00, but 10% is taken off the amount, so in order for the freelancer to get the 750.00, I had to play with the figures which came to around $834. and some cents for it to work. Then when freelancer received his 1/3 money, he got something like $225. and some odd cense. They need to work on their billing system.

I like the fact that we can talk on the phone, which I usually end up doing to get it right. I appreciate the serive and hope for the best to get our novel front, back and spine cover done in time.

I only found Outsource two days ago and used it the next day. I found someone the same day to do a internet web job for me the same day. Not only did I find a person who saved me a lot of money he did a great job!

Mark was responsive, proactive, and professional. He was easy to work with and I'd highly recommend his services and expertise right along with his demeanor and personality. Great experience for me and my business.

I make a living providing affordable legal consulting to individuals around the world. I tried Outsource and am pleased with its overall model. The caliber of client is better than the other sites where I get my work. My only gripe is that the fees for bidding are a bit high, in my estimation. Also, the streamlined look and feel of the site is a hamper to people who want to bid on a job.

I think a better process of requesting assistance is needed so that the provider can have more information before spending money on a bid with only one sentence. If I intend to do work for someone, and I charge them over $500, it's only fair that I know what I'm getting into, in the first place.

Also, people who need business plans who expect to get them for under $500 are delusional, and, potentially, they are going to get what they paid for -- a hastily thrown together business plan outsourced to a foreign country.

I hope Outsource grows, as I'm tired of the other companies where I get my assignments.

This site does a good job of bringing the right artist to the right client. Simple to use. I think lowering the cost on sending quotes would entice me to reach out more but overall it's fair enough. Well done!

My experience using outsource and partnering up with the artist Joanna, who created my logo was a great experience for me! Not only did she create an amazing work of art for me but she was very efficient very professional and I will definitely be using this service again!

I am bidding like crazy and not getting any responses. I need a way to figure out how to improve. The jobs I am missing give me no clue. Could a I have written a better proposal, did I charge to much? These are things I would like to improve on. Or whatever is causing me to get looked over.

OUTSOURCE ITS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK,THERE A A FEW WEAK LINKS,BUT IM SURE THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT,SPECIALLY ON THE CREDITS PURCHASING,OR THE NUMBER OF CREDITS PER JOB.
