We had a very positive experience working with Patrick. We knew nothing about producing podcasts and Patrick guided us through the process with professionalism, enthusiasm, experience and good humour. We all really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend him.

Patrick did some excellent user research and strategy with us in the digital team at Time to Change. He's a great partner to work with on any research project - he's very open, a quick learner, and clearly knows his research methodologies. He also took his responsibilities for safeguarding very seriously, as we were working with vulnerable people on our project. Patrick and his team led an amazing program - bringing together a diverse group of smart people from across the world who shared the goal of being great interviewers. Each week included tips and training and opportunities to stretch and try new ways to interview. Patrick does a great job of sharing actionable tips and making himself available for 1-1s for more detailed questions. Amazing to see the changes in skill and confidence in all of the attendees by the end of the program.

Patrick did some of his research-for-innovation work for me. Following the research, together we developed a range of three different products that I could offer to the market. Since narrowing it down to one after some initial testing with clients, it's been selling like HOT CAKES. I'm about to hit a 6 figure turnover for the first time in 8 years. And who knows where my business can grow from here? So basically Patrick rocks. And is worth your investment - well, several times your investment, if my story is anything to go by.
