I purchased a few sets of nails, and when received, they were not the same as pictured on their website. I purchase nails online a lot, and these nails they sent me were cheap and dull-looking.
I have tried to contact them x4 times, and no one has responded.
Very poor customer service and not trustworthy at all. Do not purchase from this site. Go to a more reputable business. I will be complaining that there is no support or communication with this company. Also, there is NO return address on their website, only email, which they DO NOT respond to. 👎

This company is completely misleading. What I received were cheap, mass-produced nails that are identical to ones sold on SHEIN for a fraction of the price — nothing like what was advertised.

Worse, their customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I reached out multiple times and was completely ignored. No replies, no support, no accountability. It is virtually impossible to get in contact with anyone once they’ve taken your money.

This feels like a scam — low-quality products being passed off as something premium, with zero intention of helping customers afterward. Save yourself the frustration and do not waste your money here.

Really Disappointed with my purchase i was expecting high quality handmade press on nails, to receive Shein Press on nails & they are just selling them for a higher price.

Awful. Useless. They don't even stay on long enough for you to file them. Very disappointing. I have tried many brands of nail wraps and these are the worst. I'll stick with Shein.

We had an issue with out order. We contacted the team minutes after the order via email.
Never herd a response. we have tried in every way to get a hold of them. It is Impossible. This company is boarderline fruadulent. They do not trade inline with any Autralian Consumer Standards

Extremely poor customer service.
They do not reply to emails, socials or any of there website direct messages. I need to do an exchange and they're ghosting. Such a bad company. Will not recommend to any of my clients and I have alot being a hair dresser.

For the price, I’ve been pleasantly surprised.
Not fussed if I only get 10-14 days out of a set of nails for $6.99
Always really quick postage. Have been reliable. Happy overall :)

$3 nails from Shein.
The nail quality is absolutely ridiculous, they came squished and mostly cracked. The advertised photos are from Shein which I only realised further down the track and when you receive your items it resembles that. Customer Service is almost there, unless it’s a problem they have to actively help solve- then you can count on no response at all.
