Non capisco le lamentele delle persone, ho fatto un’ordine , spedito il giorno dopo, consegnato con un giorno di ritardo a causa del servizio di BRT ( che poi sotto Pasqua ci sta pure ), le scarpe sono quelle richieste come da descrizione, ho avuto bisogno del servizio assistenza e mi hanno risposto il giorno stesso. Sarò stato fortunato, pero per me è 5 stelle meritatissime. Acquistero ancora.
Great quality shoes
Great quality shoes. Fast shipping. I see a lot of bad reviews on here. Most of it is on returns. In my experience its best to only order shoes that you are familiar with. If you’re too lazy to buy shoes in a physical store than don’t complain about refunds that take longer than expected after ordering online.
They use Yodel - Be Warned
I was literally about to place an order and had already entered my shipping details when I noticed the delivery company was Yodel. That was enough for me to cancel the order immediately.
I wouldn’t trust Yodel to deliver a bag of potatoes, let alone an expensive pair of trainers. It’s disappointing that companies like ASICS choose the cheapest courier option just to save a bit of money.
In my case, that decision has cost them a sale. If a company is willing to risk customers’ orders with a courier that has so many negative reviews, it doesn’t inspire much confidence. A reliable delivery service matters, especially when people are spending good money on items.

Ho acquistato online su ASICS Outlet le Gel Kayano 31 per running e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto.
Sul mercato ci sono le 32, ma costano molto di più e cambiano poco rispetto alla versione precedente. Ho trovato le 31 a 140€ e, con il 10% di sconto sul primo ordine, ho risparmiato circa 90€ rispetto al prezzo pieno: ottimo affare!
Ordinate il 18 febbraio e arrivate il 25 (5 giorni lavorativi). Considerando che partivano dalla Germania e vivo nel sud Italia, tempi assolutamente nella norma. Spedizione in Italia con Bartolini puntuale e veloce. Packaging impeccabile, doppia scatola ben protetta.
Scarpe nuove, originali e perfette. Nonostante alcune recensioni negative mi avessero preoccupato, è andato tutto liscio. Consiglio il sito, soprattutto per modelli top di gamma delle versioni precedenti

ASICS - Pleasantly surprised!!
Ordered trainers on the 10th of Feburary and they arrived the 17th via yodel. Arrived in perfect condition and the correct size I originally ordered.
The only issue is that I got the shipment/dispatched email the evening after they arrived.
Was so surprised at how fast they were delivered however lack of updates via email may cause confusion.
Great quality trainers and so comfy, I can't wait to use.
I had started believe it was a scam after reading all of the other reviews here but pleasantly surprised with my experience.

Phone customer services in Barcelona - useless. They just refer to a random person , who does not review the information already provided and just provide a stock response from a generic email, and now claiming they received an empty box!!!
I provided proof of drop off, including photo evidence, plus proof of THEIR courier (Yodel) return to ASICS.
(furthermore, I had to re-buy the bigger size for which I provided them proof also)
Then I get the stock response they have CLEARLY NOT read my email nor MY EVIDENCE.
ASICS give me back my money!!!!!

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Out of four items ordered, only one was delivered. Two were cancelled as “out of stock” even though they remained available online for weeks. One item was charged, marked as shipped, but sat “awaiting carrier pickup” for over 10 days with inactive tracking.
Every response from customer service took exactly three days, and after filing a formal complaint, the reply came only on the fourth day. Extremely poor communication, stock control, and logistics from an otherwise great brand. Very disappointing.

Ordered trainers on 8th January. Managed to finally get through on a number. They can't tell me when they will be delivered. Still waiting on January 18th.
Boldly Breaching Consumer Rights
Great trainers, but recent customer service experience was very poor. The return was received promptly, yet the refund has still not been processed weeks later. After being on hold for over 20 minutes, I spoke to Alex, who was patronising and unhelpful. He refused to explain or investigate why the return had not been processed more than two weeks after receipt. Instead, he provided false information about the returns policy, falsely claiming that the time allowed by Asics for an item to be returned (15 days) somehow extends the period a retailer has to process a refund. This is not correct. Retailers are legally required to issue refunds within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Failing to do so is a breach of consumer rights. Very bad customer service.

Ik heb bij de Asics webshop 3 paar looptruitjes besteld. Het product kwam pas na 10 dagen aan via PostNL. Ik had 3 looptruitjes in ēēn bestelling besteld. Kreeg ik uiteindelijk 2 pakjes aan. Ēen pakje met 2 looptruitjes en 1 pakje met 1 looptruitje. De dozen waren enorm groot. Ze konden deze truitjes beter in een plastieken verpakking verzenden of rond de truitjes een groot kartonnen zakje (envelop) doen wat Zalando ook doet. Dit was erg onpraktisch en niet milieuvriendelijk.

El 24/7/2024 compré en la web de Asics Outlet, unas zapatillas modelo GEL-EXCITE 9. Estas zapatillas han estado guardadas sin usar hasta el día 1/12/2025. Cuando iba a usarlas por primera vez ese día, comprobé que las dos zapatillas eran del pie izquierdo. Me dirigí a la tienda de Asics en la calle Alcalá de Madrid y me indicaron un número de teléfono de contacto con Asics. Puesto en contacto telefónicamente me enviaron correo electrónico solicitando la documentación y fotos de las zapatillas. Una vez enviada la factura y el resto de datos solicitados el día 3/12/2025, recibí la respuesta el día 10/12/2025 donde me indican que después del tiempo transcurrido no pueden realizar ninguna acción. Erroneo y mal

Very unprofessional, unreliable. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes which supposedly delivered after 3 days, but no information about delivery after a week. Unprofessional customer service kept saying sorry for delay without giving reasons. After 2 more days orders cancelled and initiated refund.
Can't trust this outlet if you get shoes you ordered.

Nie uznają reklamacji
Nie uznają reklamacji, po szczegółowym opisie sytuacji. Reklamacja dotyczyła przetarcia materiału w okolicy pięty. Asics podtrzymuje, że to z winy różnego stylu chodzenia/biegania. To jakiś absurd. Korzystałem z obuwia głównie do chodzenia. buty miały lekko ponad rok. Nigdy więcej zakupów w tym sklepie....

Their carrier keeps extending the delivery date, besides, it's some kind of scam because the shipment history shows that the shoes were delivered twice to the same UPS warehouse (day after day), which is a total lie.

Ordered running shoes on the 25/11/25, and I'm still waiting for dispatch. Their automated bot keeps telling me they should be delivered today, the 28/11/25. I've ordered lots of shoes over the years, but this is real let down. Time to look at another brand, who can deliver on time!

Ordinate scarpe la settimana scorsa, come indicato da loro nella mail dell'ordine fatto consegna in 3-5 gg lavorativi quindi domani sarebbero dovute arrivare e invece devono essere ancora spedite... e ne via mail ne al telefono qualcuno trova una soluzione o si preoccupa di aiutare il cliente... risposte classiche, che non sa spiegare il problema, che lo vede in partenza ma non parte mai, che il corriere non passa... sono senza parole.. fanno veramente schifo!!!
