Excellent as always

Ordered photo holders and they are perfect! Exactly as described and pictured, perfect gifts. Greg was also great a couple of years ago creating my custom built bar, and has offered expertise and advice ever since. Always my first choice when i need something for the home.

Photo Holder

Ordered a photo holder and it arrived with a big chip in the wood. Wood was dirty as well as it had just been wrapped in some paper instead of a box. Looked nothing like the website. Was told that I’d have to pay for my own return even though item was damaged. Very poor.

We tried to resolve this for Owen. Offered him a choice of 3 alternatives. Item was not damaged it was a natural reclaimed wood characteristic. It was also not dirty, that was the patina of the reclaimed wood and in my opinion matches the photos on the website well. Item was refunded as per our returns terms. I find it very unfortunate that you’d leave a 1 star review for an £11 purchase for a small independent business, hope you find a better solution, Merry Christmas.

Highly Recommend

As an Interior Designer it's great to find a local trade who can create bespoke furniture and accessories suitable for my projects. In the past 6 months Greg has made a bespoke circular dining table along with a bespoke sized window sill and kitchen shelving and most recently a peg rail and storage unit. Greg supplied and fitted all items in a timely manner and I will not hesitate to use his services again and highly recommend.

Greg was absolutely great to deal with

Greg was absolutely great to deal with, had a design consultation for a large fitted dj booth and record storage unit and the work was completed several weeks later. He also came back to help with some adjustments after that. Top quality work and a lovely bloke to boot. Highly recommended.

Great signs

I’d had my eye on a sign for a while and couldn’t resist when they went on sale.
Really lovely signs, bright clear pictures, well made and look fantastic.
Website is really user friendly.
Can’t wait to buy more from Outhouse by Hand
