Horrible, horrible customer service
After waiting five weeks for my product(Judy blue jeans) tracking said it was delivered and it was not because I was home all day. I contacted the company they refused to refund. They said they could resend the product in 7 to 15 days when I finally agreed to that they changed their tune and said oh we’ll have to file a complaint with the carrier and you’ll only receive 60% refund. I did not choose the lousy carrier that they used to send my product. I should get 100% refund or they should at least standby their original agreement and resend the product which they did neither. Never buy from this company.
