Outfitclearance Arvostelua

Silly me, I got sucked into ordering based on the bogus information on the website. Nothing arrived, I emailed, their client service replied telling me when the package arrived. I have doorbell cameras, and nothing has come from them, ever. They promised a refund, ahhh no. Again, total SCAM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.. fortunately I did not spend much, and frankly I should have known better, so shame on me for getting sucked into this scam.

STOP - DO NOT ORDER
This is a scam to beat all scams.
Happy to take your money and you will wait for months and months for your order!!

Ordered clothing at ridiculously low prices but never received products. All contact information on the site was bogus, I could not contact them. I did receive a call from China with a voice mail message in Chinese. I wouldn't understand the message and don't even know if it was from this group. Bottom line, they charged me and I received nothing.

I don’t receive my stuffs and they don’t answer my msns and e-mails

I ordered Coldwater Creek clothing from Outfitclearance the last week of July 2023 and followed the tracking. About a month later I emailed Outfitclearance who responded, "...The logistics shows that the local post office will deliver your package in the next few days, and there will be logistics staff calling for you, please pay attention to check it..." Online tracking showed it was delivered five days before the email response. I just asked for a refund and will contact my credit card company.

Company is scam. The only contact is email and nonsupport is offered. They send fake tracking info and when you questioned that info it gets worst. Then they close the site down.

I had similar experience of other reviewers--did not receive my merchandise, after a series of emails, they agreed to refund my money, but I doubt that will happen. Thankfully, my credit card company refunded my account.

I ordered 4 outfits from Coldwater Creek and was sent a tracking but it said it was delivered. It was not! They have been responding to my emails saying they take this very seriously but nothing yet. Mostly likely a scam. I will be disputing the charges to get my money back.

I ordered 8 items from this company. they were masquerading as an affiliate of Coldwater Creek clothing which is a well known company. I was sent a tracking number which I followed for a month - it was rather vague. Then I checked again just the other day and it said the package had been delivered. May be, but not to my house. The Tracki678 company cannot be found to inquire nor will outfitclearance respond to the many emails I have sent them. Perhaps the whole thing was a scam. Don't trust it.

I ordered seven Coldwater Creek items on July 27, 2023 and didn't even get a confirmation email. They charged my credit card, but I never received anything. I tried emailing them from the ones listed on their website but both bounced back immediately and there was no phone number. I called my credit card and am disputing the charge.

Non-delivery of order even though 'tracking' says it was delivered ((but to WHERE?)), no tracking# in US, this must be a scam. Won't do business with them again.

Ordered 4 items and never came. They sent tracking # that is not of anything I can find. RIDICULOUS
