The quality of the cedar shed, customer service, shipping, and communication all exceeded my expectations.

Potting bench is what I ordered. Came in a timely fashion and all the parts were there. No damage in transit. Was a joy to put together because all the holes were pre-drilled gave me all the fasteners even the drill bit that I needed to use. Just completed the assembly today, and I will spend the rest of the week staining it and protecting it from the elements. Highly recommend this company as well as the products, good hardwood. Nothing cheap. Will order again from them.

We LOVE our raised bed garden. We bought the 8’ x 16’ with deer fencing. We had a couple of pieces missing when we started to put it together. The customer service was outstanding and had the pieces sent right out for us. The raised bed went together well with great instructions. Can’t wait to plant again next year.

We purchased a keyhole style garden as a gift for my father. They communicated very well with us and everything went smoothly. My father really enjoys the product.

Beautiful sheds. This was my fourth shed purchased from them. The assembly was much easier than previous shed, and details added that were perfect. Lots of neighbor compliments. There was a small premade assembly construction issue and the company was very responsive making sure that the situation was satisfactorily handled. I am very pleased.

Great high quality cedar shed and prompt shipping (to Northern California). My husband had fun putting it together and compared it to a life sized Lego set. Got a much better price buying direct than through Home Depot (which sells OLT products on its website). Highly recommend!

As others have said, the customer service was extremely helpful... I was a little nervous about receiving cedar kit from Vancouver, so I have a number of calls before and after delivery with questions and help I needed, and I always got great, friendly responses to my calls. Just a couple pieces were missing or damaged when the kit arrived, but we got that straightened out quickly, no hassle or cost. Great company. PS I ordered the 12 x 4 Cedar shed with shingles on the roof. It's beautiful and very functional.

The shed is a beautiful design and the materials are high quality. However the fit was not perfect and I had to plane down one of the boards during the assembly. The customer service staff has responsive and helpful during this process. Overall I am pleased with the product.

I ordered a garden shed kit and had excellent support from the OLT office staff. The instructions were really well written with good diagrams. Not being a trained carpenter, it took be a few days to assemble. But I'm very happy with the finished product.

I’ve purchased two sheds from OLT, and can’t say enough about the quality of the shed and the folks at OTL. You get a great shed that you can build yourself for a great price and everyone you deal with is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.

Their customer service is excellent. You get to talk to a caring adult who is not in India or the Philippines. The minor problem we had was addressed and adjudicated promptly and satisfactorily.

High Hopes

I had high hopes with the frame and greenhouse cover however the measurements for the cover were short! They cut this short of the dimensions of the frame. They should have cut the cover 1/2 inch bigger. The door zippers wont zip to the bottom. One side of the zipper tore away from where it was sewn . I contacted the company but didn’t get any satisfaction. the raised beds were measured exactly to their specifications. Now I need to piece in a piece of plastic with Velcro.

Great customer service and very good quality. We ordered an 8 x 12 shed and delivery and assembly was vet smooth. We used KANDU and had a good experience with assembly.

I'm leaving this review here and on other review websites so future buyers can hear my story and decide for themselves if they still want to purchase from outdoor living today. I purchased the 8'x'12' Cabana Garden Shed with sliding doors on June 27, 2024. It arrived about two weeks later and OLT was very accurate with how the drop off process would go. It was missing a few pieces, and OLT today was responsive and shipped the missing pieces quickly. I built the shed myself requiring a second person to help at two points with the floor and the walls; besides that, I was able to follow the instructions and build it myself (background is IKEA and little home projects around the house). It is a beautiful shed with a great smell from the wood. However, with all this being said, I had a TERMITE INFESTATION in early September 2024 (~2 months after purchase). There were termite swarmers flying around attacking new spots on the interior of the shed as well as attacking our house. We had a termite inspectors come out and he said that for this amount of termites and to see swarmers coming from shed made him believe that this wood had termites long before it arrived to my house. He did say the swarmers couldn't have come from the supplier as their life span is too short, but the termites themselves as the damage they were creating meant there were a lot of termites in the shed already. I had to fumigate both the shed and house to get rid of them costing me more money. I called and emailed OLT and they insisted that it did not come from them as they have not had a termite problem in over 20 years of business, and could only sympathize for my situation. I'm also a little disappointed that this wood (Western Red Cedar) is suppose to be more insect repellent, but I got a termite infestation roughly 2 months from delivery. I hope my experience helps you in your decision making.

First and foremost the customer service are unqualified females who know absolutely nothing about the verbiage of construction whatsoever. None. Which wouldn't be a problem if they would transfer me to somebody who's actually swung a hammer in their life. The wall panels on this prefab shed have three studs for each panel all three studs are different sizes I'm supposed to attach a floor plate to the bottom of something that is off three different times a quarter inch difference. Whoever is building these at the factory cannot read a tape measure. She wants me to take a picture send it to them so that they can send it to somebody else instead of Simply transferring me to the people who built this item the wrong way. Not transferring me to who I requested is absolute BS. If you don't mind horribly built zero quality control overpriced warped garbage then go with this product and support this woke Planet ruining garbage company🎙️💧

Great customer service!! We needed a custom sized pergola for our space. Ute worked patiently with us for a couple of months getting just the right design in place. During the manufacturing phase she stayed in touch and made arrangements that suited us for shipping once the Ontario winter was subsiding. We did opt for professional assembly even though we are quite handy just to be sure everything was done to specs. The pergola is stunning and the final piece to complete our outdoor living space!

We bought the 8X10 garden shed about five years ago and we are very pleased with it. We coated it with Sikkens Cetol 123. This kept the golden color. The other day while I was in the yard, right before my eyes the window box fell off of the side ofthe shed. Upon inspection I observed that box and the wall behined it rotted. I was both surprised and disappointed. Seems moisture got trapped between the box and the side wall as well as having real soil and flowers in the contributed to the rot. Maybe applying sealant to the edges of the box would have been prudent. Nothing in the instructions about it. Tip for nextime.
