Outdoor365 Arvostelua 

I purchased a Leatherman at very short notice, for my sons 21st birthday two days later. (Having been let down by another supplier!)

I decided on the off chance to send an email to Outdoor 365 in the vain hope that someone would see it and act quickly to engrave and send the tool out.

Needless to say, 20 minutes later Mollie sent me a charming email, stating that they would do their best.

A couple of hours after that, I was notified that the Leatherman had been despatched. It arrived by Royal Mail on his birthday and hey presto, a very happy son.

Thank you to everyone who made the obvious extra effort, I will always remember this!

Place order, state date of birth and they won’t ship until I send them photo ID.....after taking my money. I’m a 48 year old looking to buy an elaborate, overpriced pair of pliers. I am not an axe murderer......I’ll shop elsewhere. First time customer.....the one and only time I’ll shop with you.

Dispatch is not as promised on website!! As a result and the issues with their delivery company I will not be using them again. Promises made but not fulfilled. Told their delivery dates when bought via eBay are slower than their own website so I ordered on their website but still the same dates!!!!!!!

In reply to your comments below this item DID NOT leave your premises on the Friday as promised but on the Monday and putting customer personal information on a public website is not permissible according to the ICO (UK Information Commissioner's Office) website!!!!!

Follow up, it is no use changing your reply as I have a screen shot of the previous one ( and what you have put on at least one other review site (reviews.io) and am waiting for your official reply to my email to you as having a friend who is a lawyer reviewing all my emails to you and your replies and she feels I was not "You were also rude to customer service staff" so once I get your reply if I get one my next step is the IOC as you and your partners put personal information on line even where customers are "anonymous"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looked up reviews about this company before ordering and to be honest I was a bit wary, but I ordered through their multitool website anyway.

Item arrived in a very timely fashion (shipped to ROI). Item was in perfect nick and was as described. All in all, I'd recommend highly.

I understand some have had bad experiences with this company, but my own was very smooth.

Wrong parts delivered two times in not original (sealed) package. The shop was unable to comlete the order. Positive is, that finally I got the money back. Minosr CZ

Great quick service, husband is very very happy with his birthday present... a replacement leatherman for his old one that was stolen.

Items did not turn up cost me over £2.00 in calls to sort the situation out

I didn't receive my order, emails ignored initially. I was eventually promised replacements which weren't in stock, I was then told I'd be refunded, which never happened..

Now my emails are being ignored again and it looks as if i'll need to get my bank involved.. Worst online experience in a long time!

This was from their sister site 'ledlenser-store.co.uk' by the way, but it seems they are the same company with the same customer service.

I ordered six swiss army knives as wedding gifts, and chose Outdoor365 because they had the facility to etch names on the blades. I received an e-mail letting me know that they did not have sufficient stock of the knife I'd chosen and I realised they would not have their next delivery in time for my wedding. They were very helpful in assisting me with substitutions of similar value, and the knives arrived safely with a couple of days to spare. One of my ushers declared that he'd never had a penknife so sharp, after he realised he'd cut his thumb on the blade!
