Outdoor Living Arvostelua

Was told that out order would be delivered and we waited in all day. The tracking information seemed to then go away. We called and they said they would look into it and get back to us. We called back and was told that they couldn’t find the item in their store and they would look for it. We called back, still hadn’t found it. Told us they would carry on looking for it. We called back, and they still hadn’t found it so we asked for a refund. Not received the money yet (three days later).

Great product - stainless steel water feature. Delivered within 2 week timescale.
Easy installation with good instructions.
Promised email or telephone indication of delivery date and time never materialised. Courier company delivered product without the normal tracking information. Fortunately we were in but we were not asked for default delivery instructions in case we were out.
