Outbacker Stoves Arvostelua 

We had a problem with our banks security dept stopping our payment for no good reason.
We phoned Outbacker and the chap on the phone was very helpful in resolving the issue.
We received the stove the next day which was great.

Everything arrived very quickly. I realised I had orded the wrong type of flue and they were very helpful in sorting out an exchange which also arrived promptly!

Very prompt delivery, but this cowl for the 60 mm flues was a long overdue addition to your range. Rain ingress has been a serious and damaging problem. Until now!

The stove was delivered within 24 hours of ordering. No hassle whatsoever. Very efficient. I purchased a hygge stove for my garden shed. Fantastic little stove, really throws out the heat and very economical. Great for the coming winter evenings. Fitted a carbon monoxide alarm jusr to be on the the safe side. Would definitely recommend this company. I don't often give 5 stars but in this case well deserved.

OMG..for once I have bought a product that goes well beyond expectations..well beyond..superb quality with some serious weight to it. I purchased The Higgy model small wood burner for my garden office Nov 2022. I easily installed it by myself. (70 yr old woman) I find it extremely efficient, perfect for cold winter days.
Almost puts out too much heat which of course I can slow down with air flow. Customer Service was very helpful with any installation questions. Wish I could include a photo, it looks great. I wrote this now 3 yrs later because I’m still very happy and impressed with this stove. Reviews are not great when the products haven’t really been tested yet. So I dated my experience as of today, an ongoing satisfied customer almost 3 years later.

Stove arrived and exactly as described. Impressed with how solid it is and quality of the finish.
Could have been a bit more generous with the fire rope though!

I originally bought a different make of stove however the stove is bought was not good, so I found this one which was built to a much higher standard. I haven't used the stove yet so will be able to give a better review once used, the stove comes ready built straight from the box just have to do an initial burn for a hour or so and away you go perfect.
