Dealing with Outbacker Stoves is a reminder of what life used to be like when people who ran companies knew what they were doing and did so efficiently; When 'helpful' customer service actually was a service and was a given not an exception.
Our stove is terrific and when we realised that we needed another section of flue Adrian went above and beyond to advise and despatch.
Each shipment arrived, sturdily packed, the day after ordered.
I cannot recommend Outbacker Stoves more highly - even if you don't need one they restore one's faith in humanity!

Excellent service with a quick delivery

Have used this company before and there was a problem with 1 of the legs on the fire I purchased, 1 phone call and a photo later and stove was returned new one delivered.

The product was competitively priced, the delivery was super quick and the item was very well packaged, would definitely use again.

The quality of the stove, the flue and general workman ship is truly embarrassing.

Absolutely horrendous. There is no seal, so toxic fumes go straight into the living space youre heating.

Also, the paint came off before use. So so so poor.

Customer service is atrocious. Won't offer me a refund despite the faults. I have to return it my own expense for their checks to be done, considering this was made by them and deemed safe in the first place?!

Avoid like the plague. Worst stove ive ever seen.

Overall, quick delivery and very nice product. Let down slightly by the quality of the fire rope you place onto the glass. Very poor adhesive. Apart from that, excellent.
