Great customer service from Joel! I had a small warranty issue that Joel sorted out promptly with a replacement part sent within the week. They will be getting more business from me as a trusted supplier.

Submitted a warranty claim for a Caravan cover. Joel picked up my case and processed it. I would like to commend Joel for his great comms in keeping me updated and requesting the information required to get a replacement. Thanks Joel.

Don't waste your time with this company. website said 7 days to ship has been over a month. endless calls to find out what's going on. it's coming they say well it's not good enough Outback Equipment. sort your S**t out. I have spent thousands with you over the years and this is a recurring thing well that's it from me you won't see another order from me again.

WARNING TO ALL I wish I read the reviews before ordering as I have had a very disappointing experience. BE AWARE before ordering from this store. They appear to sell items that are not actually in stock. After placing my order, I emailed to request a refund when I realised there was an issue, and this was before the item had even been shipped. Despite that, they refused to process a refund and would only offer store credit.

It’s frustrating that customers are not given a proper refund option when the order hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Selling items that are not in stock and then refusing refunds is not acceptable. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing here.

Had to order a part today and received great customer service from Talei.

Although I unfortunately didn’t end up receiving my purchase due to a delay from the supplier, I still wanted to leave a review to recognise the great service I received. Steph, who handled my enquiry, was fantastic throughout the whole process. Her communication was prompt, clear and very helpful, keeping me informed along the way.
When it became apparent the delay would impact my plans, Steph assisted immediately with arranging a full refund. Subsequently, I'll definitely consider Outback Equipment for future orders. Thanks Steph

I ordered some tools off Outback Equipment and had a small issue with my order. Thankfully Talei was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to resolve my issue promptly and effectively.

Avoid at all costs. It took them over a week to ship, and when I tried to cancel, they forced a "credit only" refund on me. The other time, I waited two weeks just to receive a stained and damaged product. They are happy to take your money, but they clearly don't care about what they send you or when it arrives. Never again.

I would give zero stars if I could. Order had not shipped after two weeks. Emailed and was told they were waiting on stock from supplier and informed I could not cancel or change my order once it was in the system. We had to leave on our trip 4 weeks later without the towing mirrors I ordered for the trip. Still do not know if they have arrived until we get back from our trip. Don't buy from them unless you are happy to put up with long delays or not receiving your goods.

I’ve recently had a great experience dealing with Joel at Outback Equipment. I had an issue with a product that I purchased two years ago and he was more than happy to help resolve the issue. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again.

I contacted outback equipment to find out if my order had been dispatched, Talei was prompt to reply, after a few emails back and forth, I found Talei to be most helpful, quick to respond to all my queries, I can’t fault her polite service, nothing was too much trouble!

I will never shop with Outback Equipment again. They do not ship in the timeframes they promise, even when you pay extra for express shipping.
They take days to respond to emails and waited on the phone line for 30 mins twice before giving up.
I asked for a refund because they took so long to ship, but they refused. I now need to alter my travel plans to collect their shipment.
I went with an AU retailer because I thought they would be quicker and easier to deal with than an overseas vendor. I was wrong, the purchases I made from AliExpress the same day arrived before Outback Equipment had even processed my order

After a few hiccups with aus post Courtney from customer support was so helpful and quickly found a solution and swiftly got my order out to me. Thank you very much for your help and expertise 👍
