Avoid this site! They are impossible to deal with. I signed up, created a profile, paid the fee, and then I wanted to change something on my profile. Quite literally, I sent no fewer than 10 requests to their customer care department, and no one would help me. They kept asking me for the most ridiculous ways to identify myself as myself. (I provided them with at least four ways I could only be myself, but they kept asking for new verification.) I sent them all the info they might have on file about me, and all I got back was a refusal to change my profile. Furthermore, their algorithm does not pay attention to what you're looking for. I asked for people within 100 miles of my area, and they were sending me people from clear across the country. They were sending me people of the wrong sex (I'm a female seeking a male), people who are ultra conservative (I'm not)… It did no good to state my preferences, because they paid no attention to what I wanted. The worst part, though, was their absolute refusal to assist me. They were cold, unfriendly, and made me feel as if I were some kind of an idiot. Again, choose some other dating app! Stay away from this one!

I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to keep far away from OurTime for the sake of your heart and wallet. I know that all the serious platforms like J2Match.com
verify users accounts. They have certai anti-scam protocols that they follow. OurTime accepts everybody - all scammers are welcome. None of them gets banned. Don't bother trying to notify the administration. Nobody cares. The more fake users - the better, as long as they get to know your cc details. The whole system is based on automatic long-term subscriptions with no way to cancel them. So they don't care if you like their service or not. They will take your money anyway.

I attempted to create an account on OurTime and was in the process of completing my profile. I had uploaded three photos when I was suddenly logged out and received a message stating that my account had been blocked.

I contacted customer support and was told the account was under review. I was later informed that I had violated a guideline, but no details were provided about which guideline was allegedly broken.

I then requested two things: an explanation of the violation and one-time access to my account solely to delete the photos I had uploaded. Both requests were denied, and I was informed that no further emails from me would be answered.

Given that personal photos were involved, I found the lack of explanation and refusal to allow deletion of my content concerning.

I found our time dating site too old for me but that's not why I'm writing a review. You have to pay through Google pay which is a stickler for refunds! I prefer to pay just with my credit card anyhow. I was on the site less than a week. I did not like the app overall and I did not think it was worth the money so I ended up getting a refund after contacting Google Play numerous times. I'm beginning to believe there are no good dating apps and they're all pretty much a scam and bullshit! Furthermore not having customer service for something that personal and costly is ridiculous in itself. I think I'll just keep enjoying being single!!

Super Rip-Off Artists. Very expensive and you don't get other than continuous upsell efforts. "Our Time" Customer Service are rude and send you only standardized email replies. They remove decent photos or profiles without any explanations. Like others complain you can't get through to them. You also can't cancel their auto-renewal. Let others know.

Where to start? Password not being accepted. They give you 24 hours to reset but, the link expires immediately. Profiles are not always in your chosen area of town. People that are on the site often don’t match your preferences (e.g.) music and hobbies,

Was on the app for 15 minutes after signing up and it kicked me out. Went to log back in and it said access blocked. I emailed Customers service what was the issue they said I violated company policy but would not say what I did. I was only the app a few weeks ago and met someone so I went off. It didn’t work out so I went back on. I think he seen my profile and had me blocked. What kind of company would not let you defend yourself or let you know what you have done. I have always been respectful to everyone I have spoken to on that site. But I guess if one person gets upset with you for what ever reason they can get you banned. I would not recommend using this site also you put your preference distance age etc my age range was 60 to 69 was getting 24 to 85 and hundreds of miles away. Save your money and all the headaches that go along with this dating site.

A total waste of time! You specify a distance or area and it is irrelevant. You will get 'matches' from all over the country. Also, they state this is a site for 50+ year olds. I've gotten messages and like from men as young as 24! And when you constantly try to communicate this with them you are ignored. I have asked for a refund and cancelation which is also ignored.

I received a message saying, There is a problem with your account. Please refer all questions to resolutions@ support. ourtime. com and still cannot access my account.

As a paying customer, I expect quick resolution and professional communication. This issue is not only frustrating but also a poor reflection on the service. I’m requesting immediate action to resolve my account issue and restore access.

Site glitchy. When I first joined it seemed legit and actually suggested matches according to my location and preferences.

But lately it lists “matches” that are not anywhere close to my location or preferences.

Plus, you can’t just browse singles. You have to play the teenager “like/don’t like” game. If I wanted Tinder, I would have went with Tinder.

Littered with attractive fakes, auto renewal requested to my bank 4 days before it was due, heed the warning scam site who,s only interest is your money not you !!!

I signed up on the dating website Ourtime.com. The company charged me 22.50 on 8/19/2025. I had 3 days of glorious usage, then I could not login in with the credentials I KNEW I hade put in originally, that had worked before. I was a software engineer for 35 years and did all the standard things, change password, going in via the innumerable emails they sent. Nothing worked. Tried to get up with tech support, emailing, calling a message and leaving a message. Closest I got was an email telling me to login in and "express my concerns". since I couldn't log in, these were options not available to me.

This a horrible company that is far more concerned to extract money from its customers. Even though I could not use the service and they were not helping at all they charged me 41.48 on 8/21, and 22.50 on 9/2/2025 .I have called and left messages(they never responded)and emailed (again no response). The worse thing is I have not been able to use the service. Now I want all my money back, joined another service that will meet my needs nicely. Do not do business with these people. If you want use on line dating, there are lot's of other options that treat people friendly.

Customer service is a joke! Obviously the culture of this company is to play passive aggressive games by not addressing their incompetence. They revoked my account with out cause on ourtime. Claiming my account on Match is revoked and therefore I’m mutually revoked on Ourtime. The beauty in their incompetence is my account is active on match to this minute! These people are idiots!

OURTIME the Dating Site. This is a thoroughly dishonest company. I paid $120 and never had access. They then claimed i left "unauthorized" language. Which i obviously did not because I never had access. They have since refused to refund my $120. A terribly dishonest and fraudulent company.

Reviewing Ourtime. I feel scammed. One hour proximity to where I live is one of my most important criteria. It has been weeks since anyone within that range has looked at my account. And yet I can have 10 or more views a day from people up to thousands of miles away! I feel like Ourtime is using my photo to market themselves and make people thousands of miles away feel like they have lots of options. What a waste.

Went to all the trouble to answer all their ridiculous questions when signing up only to not be allowed to login - bad password - what a joke. I use a password manager to create and use my login info so the password was correct. Nothing but a scam website. Glad I didn't spend any money on this worthless piece of crap website.

Ourtime seemed like a viable site to meet women my age, so I gave it a shot. I paid in advance for a 6 month subscription, set up my account and that is where things went south. I kept trying to log on and I couldn't. Site kept saying "reset your password" so I tried...and tried...and tried. I contacted customer service numerous times regarding this issue and kept being told to "reset my password"...after a few weeks of this I said I wanted a refund and cancel my subscription. They stated since I had sent emails (i had sent some messages through the app when it let me in on my cell phone temporarily and once on my home computer, after that I wasn't able to get on again). I think they are a very poor site with no concern for their "clients". They never helped, now refuse to refund any of my money. DO NOT JOIN!!!

they cancelled me for no reason, stating suspicious activity. I have been nothing but respectful to everyone I wrote on our time I did zero nothing suspect. I appealed it, within a few minutes they sent auto response they rejected appeal. no way humanly possibly anyone adequately checked into my appeal, no way. They wrote I can contact them to start a new profile but you cant, no live agents, they do NOT respond to emails with any answers or agent trying to help, there is no help. THen their sister site match also after taking a months subscription from me, did not bother to tell me my account was hacked and my profile had been altered. when I wrote them over 3 weeks ago when someone mentioned my profile had been changed, not a single response other than an auto response we got your complaint and today I see they also cancelled that account. so they dont tell you when acct is hacked, they take money for a subscription even though anyone seeing profile sees nothing that I wrote as it was all hacked away, never informed me and they penalize me by cancelling both accounts as if I was the one who did something wrong. NO decent business does this in my opinion. I have made complaints to appro. agencies, I will not let this go until they rectify it. to do this to a senior citizen is cruel. If I have to talk to a lawyer, I am prepared to do so. fed up customer of many years
