Sin embargo para poder hablar con ellos tuve que pagar membresia lo cual es normal. Pero al día siguiente no tenía más créditos..Increíble debía volver a pagar otra 50 euros y le dejé mi Instagram a un hombre y a pesar de haber conectado muchísimo con el nunca me escribió al Instagram así que es un fraude. Te camelan para que sigas ahí pagando y pagando por unas personas que son cuentas falsas

Ayer me abrí la cuenta y me sorprendió la alta calidad de personas queriendo contactar conmigo. A ver, que hay de todo en la viña del señor y aqui solo me llegaron hombres super modelos y con unos trabajos de ensueño y escribiendo casi como un poeta de renombre…. Y después de charlar con uno durante 10 min! PAM! Se me acabaron los créditos? Jajaja esto que es? Que te tienes que gastar 500€ para seguir hablando con alguien que quizá solo es un gancho para tenerte ahí y conseguir que pagues más dinero… Es un timo asqueroso, de verdad. Estoy harta de la gente que se aprovecha de los demás. Me vuelvo a Tinder, al menos ahí hay gente real.

It's scam.. I paid to be a member.. I chose the subscription or almost 20 dollars.. I ran out off credits cause I received a notification.. then stupidly I bought more and they run out in seconds... I spent almost USD 40 in less than an hour.. then I have like tons of email and chats I can't read... I think somehow AI sends you stuff so keep wasting money... All guys are incredibly handsome.. they all look like models, doesn't seem real... Anyways don't waste your money or time and most people complain about the same thing!!!

Hola, soy una persona que empezó a usar la aplicación OurLove por pura curiosidad y el afán de conocer cómo era el relacionamiento interno. Tras un marketing bien elaborado en Facebook, me pareció una idea interesante para probarla.
Ah, pero gran detalle: no me percaté que había reglas que nunca te hacen conocer desde el inicio.
En fin, me suscribí, pagué una membresía y me vi en la plataforma principal. Me abordaron varias personas y, tras la primera emoción, conecté con una persona ideal.
Nuestras conversaciones se convirtieron en charlas increíbles, lo idílico de la experiencia.
Lo malo empezó con los bloqueos que me impidieron usar los métodos de pago que tenía autorizados y en regla. A pesar de ser usuaria paga y haber invertido en mi membresía, me bloquearon sin explicación clara ni previo aviso.
Envié reclamos y solicitudes de reactivación, pero la atención al cliente fue deficiente y lenta, con respuestas automáticas y poco útiles, que no resolvían mi problema.
Además, me mencionaron supuestas infracciones de políticas que nunca me informaron ni se explicaron claramente, lo que me generó una gran frustración y sensación de injusticia.
Mientras tanto, la plataforma sigue enviando numerosos mensajes de usuarios gratuitos, saturando mi bandeja de entrada, pero sin que se preocupen por la calidad del servicio hacia las usuarias que realmente pagamos por él.
Esta experiencia me ha dejado muy desencantada y con la sensación de que OurLove no valora ni cuida a sus usuarios premium, priorizando a los usuarios gratuitos. Hace ya mas de una semana que no puedo usarla.
No recomiendo esta plataforma si buscan un servicio serio, atención de calidad y respeto hacia las personas que invierten en ella.

Et j'esperes que le jugement de Dieu va s'abattre sur celui qui est l'auteur de ce site et qui ose s'amuser avec les vies des personnes qui sont réellement là pour trouver l'amour il m'a fallu payé à chaqude fois 54 euros pour 10mn de conversation et le comble c'est que en 10 mn tu peux pas répondre même à 2 mails cependant tu en reçois en quantités et au final j'ai dépensé pres de 200 euros pour même pas 30mn et le constat que j'ai aussi fait c'est que les memes personnes persistent à t'envoyer les mails meme en voyant que tu n'as pas repondu aux précédents c'est trop clair que c'est du fake fuyez mes dames moi j'ai pris la résolution de ne plus me connecter parceque c'est un vrai piège

Very disappointed, charging varies amount, once they have your card details, they are taking advantage. We in our life are busy with out daily hectic life and we trust them, one day when I had a time, I gone through my account and suddenly realised, I am getting shortage of money and then from my statement I noticed they were keep taking different amount from my bank.when I wrote them, they asked for my statement and still I don't have satisfied answer, I hope they give me refund as, I am older and living on my pension and I have to be careful also widow and looking for companies to kill loneliness . Not a good experience …
It was not clear how to check how much was in my account or how to pay more. Igad to go through an email each time. I started talking to someone but kept running out of credits. I also found it very expensive and even though I was quite specific in that I only wanted to meet English men, none of the emails I received were ftom England. Also I specified an age range, but a lot were either older than I asked or very much younger. I ended up spending over £300 and ran out of credit very quickly.

To my amusement, the basic payment , wasn't enough to write to several people , it last for three emails , so I bought another amount of credits , guess what (?) It last only for two emails. This company is a bottomless pit .
I will not recommend this site.

AI written waste of time scam
Signed up out of curiosity (using one of my accounts that I use for nonsense like this). Easy sign up, nbd...I didn't even upload a photo, and started getting video requests immediately from 'men' who were all handsome, in my age group (ish), et cetera. So I went and looked at profiles. Every single one of them was clearly written by either an AI or someone whose first language was not English (there are tell tale signs in the construction of sentences, even if they're grammatically correct). Every profile had the same tone, and has clearly been written (probably by AI or AI assist) to appeal to women in my age group. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
