Company site is down. Emailing gets no reply. Paid for a cat toy over a month a go and no response, but money was taken right away. Stupid to follow the ad on Instagram with a company I knew nothing about.

I cannot believe this! I placed an order, a cat toy, and I have not received it. Like many people in this site, I tried to contact the "company" by text and email and everything failed. How is it possible that this can happen? I am furious and afraid of buying other items on internet. Isn't there anything that can be done to get these horrible people? Because most probably they will change their name and keep on doing it! Something should be done!

Also scamed, charged twice, no reply on any email... and the site is unavailable!!!

Complete scam!! I ordered a gift for my son for Xmas and was charged twice and now website is closed! Facebook needs more stringent checks to ensure everyone selling on the platform are legitimate sellers!

I was so dumb to purchase something off an unknown website. They will take your money and never send items. The shop does not even exist anymore. I highly encourage everyone to file a complaint with the FTC so they can begin to create a case. Google FTC File Consumer Complaint. Please also report the Facebook page. Their facebook ad is what made me go purchase a gift for my son, they should not be able to post ads on facebook. They probably made a fortune on this and other scams.

I need to remember that when something is too good to be true, its just that. Complete scam. took 2 payments and now website is down. They need to remember that something ordered on credit card can be reversed.

Well I’ve just read through all the previous reviews and my story is identical. No response to emails and shipment never received. I looked at their Facebook page and I think I’ll need to report it! I guess I can say goodbye to that Christmas present 😤

Its a scam, 4 emails sent with no reply,Avoid at all cost's

Beginning to feel like I've been scammed. No response from company using the email provided. No product. Just taken my mobile. Company now seems defunct on Facebook.

Our Home Awards is a SCAM WEBSITE. This SCAM WEBSITE limit customers to email correspondence ONLY and it uses a FREE GMAIL account. There is NO telephone or physical address listed. This should be a RED FLAG for ALL consumers. The CRIMINALS behind this SCAM WEBSITE wants to remain ANONYMOUS to avoid PROSECUTION or other LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS! If you PURCHASE anything from this website, you will receive a VERY INFERIOR/ EXTREMELY CHEAP knockoff out of China or they will simply send you NOTHING. Either way you're OUT of your money!!! AVOID THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!!
