Great bag but a few niggles

Great bag but a few niggles. On the positive side there are lots of mix and match options. The bag is good quality and looks great. Ordering and delivery were trouble free. On the down side the handles, being interchangeable, use a screw to attach them to the bag. And no matter how tightly you do them cup, they unscrew themselves about once per day and one end or the other falls off.

Seasoned internet shopper still has a thing or two to learn!

I put the items I wanted to make up my own Obag classic into the shopping cart, expecting to receive it a week or so later ( free postage and packing). I was also imaging the amount of time it would take to put it all together. WELL - shows you how much I know! Within 24 hours (yes!) I received my parcel containing a fully made-up bag!! Beautiful. Short of instant delivery I cannot think how the service could be improved!
