Oudh Shop Arvostelua 

This people are scamstars. I ordered an item and they gave a reference number from royal mail which never worked at any time even after 10days. The website phone number does not work and even when you email them they do not respond. Prevent shopping from this website.

I've yet to receive a parcel from this company it's complete scam

They do not deliver products after you purchase. And their customer care is so poor, very slow to respond to messages.
I can easily brand this store as a scam.

I have spoken with parveen from Oudh Shop regarding my order she was really kind and helpful ☺️

I ordered the oud collection but when I received it one bottle was leaking. I contacted the company but to no avail. I will not rest until rectified though.

The items I ordered arrived fine, but one item was damaged in the shrink wrapped box, having a cracked top, broken lid and detached spray nozzle. Attempts to contact the company regarding the damaged item have resulted in zero replies despite trying every avenue available (email, telephone, website, Facebook). The other items that weren't damaged are lovely and smell great.

I had a bit of difficulty with my order, it took just under 4 weeks to come (ordered on 24th November, finally arrived today 21st December) I sent 2 emails to the seller but they don't seem to respond to them. I found phoning to be the best way to contact them. The first time I rang them they didn't pick up and there's no answerphone either, but they did ring me back that evening and said they would look into my order, I didn't hear anything more for a few days so I rang again and this time the lady answered the phone, was very apologetic and said she would send it out that day, it then arrived 2 days later (today) I'm happy with my purchase and the price I paid for it but not really sure what happened to make my order so late. Things happen though and it's a busy time of year so I may try them again and see if things run more smoothly next time.

Order process/system was good. The delivery commitment was second class via Royal Mail. Had an update from the Oudh Shop to say it was shipped on 30 Nov but parcel didn’t arrive till 8 December. The www address is for the Uk but think they may be located off shore.
The products are nicely packaged but don’t know how nice the scents are until they are opened at Christmas!

We ordered and it said that it would reach to us in 3-4 working days and it came extremely late - almost a week later. packaging was good but delivery was extremely disappointing

One star is too much. I ordered few items on 23 Nov, and so far not received. Sent few emails and no reply.
I twill advice everyone not to order from this company, as it look like fraud company

Really delighted with the smell of Aroosa perfume. It’s light and fresh. Comes in a pretty red bottle. Delivered within a week of ordering.

Arrived damaged and smelling like vodka. Not great.

I only received 1 part of my order and have been calling for the last three weeks for answer and still nothing.. :(
