I've never encountered anyone worse.
Their services don't work, they freeze constantly.

I've contacted them countless times trying to find solutions, but they've never found any.
I've requested a refund via ticket and chat, but they find every way to avoid it (closing the ticket without a response, acting like idiots via chat, pretending not to understand). Whatever you do, don't subscribe to these thieves!

It is a scam. They do not give you your money back. It is not working most of the time.

Url's keep corrupting, probably the worst provider there is..steer clear

Fab service , very responsive when there is an issue - unsure why others have a problem when I’ve been using the service for well over a year with absolutely NO problems at ALL. In fact I’ve found them to be more helpful than many many others I tried which is why I’m staying with them.

If you don’t like them, there are others to choose rather than leaving a bad review most likely many left because they don’t understand IPTV

Ottocean is not a trustworthy company. They advertise one thing, and deliver nothing, nothing at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything concerning iptv services. There really is no company, just an ad. If anyone is looking into iptv services, I highly recommend that you steer clear of this one. There is no service, no support, and definitely no refund of the money you might spend ordering a subscription from them. Just steer clear of this company and anything containing the name "ottocean."

OTTOcean was good for a while, but I had numerous days of failure. The last straw was 5 days of failure and not one tech that could help. I spent over 8 hours online with them while they regurgitated the same url's, vpn, and restart advice. Nabeel Aayan was polite, but no help, Michele Lee also didn't know how to help. They refuse to believe that their own system failed even though every test done showed my system was functioning. Uncooperative, unhelpful, and zero results. Find another provider that is more helpful and reliable.

Couldn't even get the trial to work.
Went through registering etc and couldn't get the trial to work and then get an email telling me my trial period had ended!
Thought I'd bite the bullet and buy the minimal period to see if that would work. Three attempts using different cards and couldn't get to work using some strange payment scheme buying gift cards.
Even when I reached out to their help chat, all I got was a reply sending me to the same link to pay with again no result!

Bunch of scammers, they do not refunding money after 1 day of use. Please do not buy from them. Best to take their site down. Really unprofessional.

This company truly sucks! When I 1st started with them it was ok. I pay monthly and 1 month they ripped me off for 5 days of service by shutting me off to early and when I complained about it the text message back was renew. Now, it's been a week with no epg. Text message keeps saying they are working on it. Go with some other company than this one.

I paid for service 4/18 to 5/17, on 5/14 they shut my service off, when I notified them they said I had to renew, I still had 4 days left, I provided the proof of such to them. They responded said it was a glitch and was fixed, IT WAS NOT. So if they do this all year long that's 48 days of service you lose. TV Guide is half ass also! Recording shows works when it wants to...

What a waste of time. The service does not work and got scammed out of a month, even tho web site says full refund.
They just refuse to do so and I asked on day 1.

Nothing but a scam. Wish I read this site first before sending money to Lithaunia to buy a gift card to pay this sh*t service. This should have been my first clue these site is run by crooks.

Paid and they can't figure out how their own system works. Tried to charge me again. Beware, they are crooks.

Complete scam of a company I paid for a subscription through the link they sent and got scammed took the money and no service, contact them and they ask for proof I purchased I couldn't because I got no receipt, the scammers are not likely to send me a receipt,AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS .... YOUR KARMA WILL COME

Absolute Rubbish.
Had the misfortune of buying a lifetime membership costing hundreads of $$. From month 2 of my membership had problems with server outtages, freezing and no consistent service, Kept being given alternative servers to re log too every day but issues remained. Cancelled my service and requested a refund Service has been cancelled but no reply to refund. I even through the kindness of my heart told them to deduct the initial 2 months. They have ignred my request 4 times now. AVOID THIS COWBOY OUTFIT

I fell for this trap.

Trial period was amazing, perfect streams. Bought 3 months, gave me a new login and it was shocking. Live TV didn’t work. Slow loading took forever to get a channel to work.

Complained, got called a Son of a b*tch and called brainless. Got screenshots of the chat.

However, I DID get a refund in the end. Called credit card company and told them, they were able to do a chargeback and get it back. BUT I didn’t need to. Seller gave me a refund on his own back.

I was lucky. Don’t fall for it. Don’t risk it.

Should've listened to the other reviewers. Trial period was great. Once you pay, it keeps freezing. Stay away!

Edit: The refund process was easy. So have to give them that!

Bad user experience even before start using the service. Not will come back. Best of luck ….
